Six EFL clubs express an interest in signing highly rated National League prospect Ben Krauhaus, who currently plays for Bromley.
According to TEAMtalk, the 19 year old is wanted by three Championship teams and a trio of League One sides with the January transfer window around the corner.
Krauhaus is described as a key player for Andy Woodman’s side this season, who can play as a winger, either side or in a central midfield position, and has already made over 20 appearances for the Ravens and netted twice.
He’s help guide the club to 2nd in the National League standings, picking up an impressive 45 points from 23 games played, 8 points behind leaders Chesterfield.
TEAMtalk however say that the likes of Cardiff City, Swansea City and Millwall have all watched Krauhaus this season with Derby County, Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic also keeping an eye on him.
Krauhaus, who has already made more appearances this term that the previous one, said he hopes of getting Bromley ‘out of this league’ when speaking with the Bromley media team having penned a new deal last month.
He said: “I’m absolutely delighted obviously I’ve been here through the academy so to sign a few more years here is great hopefully help this club get out of this league. I’ve been here for a number of years now so I’ve enjoyed my time here and obviously I’ve got a lot of mates here the coaches here are good just all the players and the staff are great facilities so it was a no-brainer.
When asked how’s the transition been for him having broken into the first team: “Obviously through my hard work I think and I’ve earned my place in the team but yeah it’s been good it’s been good I think this is my breakthrough season obviously I played a few games last season this season started every game but two I think and really trying to kick on this season hopefully we can get out of this league.”
“So I’ve come here when I was 16, and obviously as any young kid I just wanted to play football then obviously I had to do the education side of it as well so I started off at Bromley College had to get a bus there every morning do about two three hours there working school work and then come over here to train yeah I enjoyed got not bad word to say about it obviously I wanted to play football that was the main thing but I had to get my school work done as well.”
Interviewer: “And you will have worked with a number of teachers and and coaches. Did they have a big influence on you at that time?”
Krauhaus: “Yeah I say such nice things about every coach yeah all of them are nice people and they want the best for you so yeah I’ve not got a bad words to say about any of them.”

He spent a one-month loan at Cray Wanderers, made his first team debut for Bromley in December 2021, trained with the senior side, gained valuable experience along the way after impressing with the U23’s, broke into the first team and is scoring goals for them.
He was a vital asset to the FA Youth Cup side in both historic runs in 2020 and 2021.
