Onto confirmed cupsets though and League Two Plymouth Argyle managed to beat League One Bolton Wanderers thanks to Callum McFadzean’s only goal in the 12th minute.

National League South club Maidstone United beat National League Torquay United 1-0, Dan Wishart’s 18th minute goal sending their 2,000 fans in attendance home happy.

National League North side Darlington were leading 1-0 at League Two Walsall from the 17th minute thanks to Omar Holness, but an extraordinary end saw the Saddlers turn the scoreline around to 2-1 (Caolan Lavery 86′ and Alfie Bates 88′), only for the Quakers’ Jarrett Rivers to get an equaliser in the 10th minute of stoppage time.
