Sheffield Wednesday score three absolute beauties within 20 minutes against Rochdale in the Carabao Cup Second Round on Tuesday.
Superb long-range strikes in the first half from Jaden Brown, Fisayo Dele-Bahsiru and Dennis Adeniran saw the Owls knock out Rochdale and reach the Carabao Cup Third Round.
After Callum Paterson sent a long-range effort over, Brown found the net with a superb 25-yard strike following a corner in the 23rd minute.
A rare attack from lowly Dale saw James Ball try an effort from distance which went well wide.
Dele-Bashiru matched Brown’s effort with an equally impressive shot from around 25 yards out to increase the hosts’ lead nine minutes before the break.
In the 44th minute, Adeniran scored arguably the best goal of the night when he got on the end of the ball in the centre circle and ran through the middle before beating Cieran Slicker with an unstoppable shot on the run.
The home side appeared happy enough to sit on their lead in the second half, with Rochdale holding much of possession but failing to pose a real attacking threat.
Wednesday had an opportunity to bag a fourth when Sylla Sow squared to Paterson inside the area, however Ethan Brierley managed to get in first, making a big clearance.

Darren Moore says he will welcome anyone to Hillsborough in the next round of the Carabao Cup following the 3-0 win over Rochdale.
Three stunning strikes from distance gave Wednesday victory and Moore is hoping for another tie in S6.
He told the League One side’s website swfc.co.uk: “I would take anyone at our home here at Hillsborough. It doesn’t matter to me who we are drawn with if we get another game at home.
“We deserve to be in the next round because you won’t see three better goals in one half of football than you’ve seen tonight. I’m pleased for all the goalscorers because they were all special strikes.
“The players are encouraged to play with freedom and express themselves and we’ve seen the results of that tonight.
“Rochdale made it hard for us but they have been beaten by three wonderful goals. They played some nice football here tonight and I wouldn’t be worried for them at all.
“You know, sometimes they might whistle over the bar or past the post, but tonight they hit the target and the ball went in exactly the place they wanted it to.”
Rochdale interim Jim McNulty, who replaced former Wednesday loanee Robbie Stockdale as boss last week, said: “It was a tough one. Three absolute worldie goals first-half and I really feel sorry for the players with the efforts they gave.
“Even without Sheffield Wednesday scoring worldie goals, this is a tough enough game as it is. Theirs is a really well-equipped squad. It’s a Championship squad and even when they rotated their starting 11, they were so, so strong.
“I feel sorry for the players and the fans that travelled because it was a tough night. We didn’t have a lot to feed off.”
“They were competitive,” McNulty said. “All game they were competitive.
“I don’t want to talk stats all the time but the analysts there were saying Sheffield Wednesday’s xG was 0.4. That means they didn’t really penetrate us.
“The lads defended as a unit so well, which we needed to do here. We’ve been beaten by three absolute screamers.”
