A Sheffield United fan loses his temper as Charlton fans give stick back and taunt Chris Wilder with ‘sacked in the morning’ chants.
A video has emerged of the Blades supporter in the tier above the away end, in what fans are calling an utter head-loss regarding his behaviour.
Charlton’s Isaac Olaofe scored a late winner to spoil Wilder’s homecoming, a reminder of just how much work is needed to turn Sheffield United’s form around.
Wilder’s side never looked close to scoring, while the scoreline could have been bigger for the Addicks if it weren’t for the missed chances.
Summer signing Olaofe came up with a 90th minute winner, his first goal for the club.
The result leaves Sheffield united bottom of the table, with 6 defeats from 6, 0 points, and 5 points from safety, while Charlton are 11th with 8 points.

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder told BBC Radio Sheffield: “We’ve got a bit of work to do. There are some bits and pieces out of there I was pretty pleased with, but there’s a lot of stuff that definitely needs some work on the training ground.
“We came in today in a positive mood after a good week’s work but the key is having the nuts to do it on a Saturday afternoon, because that’s where everybody is judged – players and myself.
“The crowd were tremendous and tried to lift us and drive us forward, give us that energy that we need, but then it slipped away a bit towards the end of the second half and became quite chaotic.
“I saw an honest performance but you have to get that balance right, and with the quality we have got we never really showed that, or any control on the game.
“The goal is a chaotic goal, a straight ball, a flick-on and then two versus two and the boy finds a pass in the 90th minute.”
Wilder, per Sky Sports: “Not the homecoming [I wanted] from a results point of view and performance point of view.
“Maybe I underestimated the amount of work that we need to do as well. Just expect a lot more.
“There’s a little bit of a fragility about us at the moment. Maybe I shouldn’t have underestimated that. Chaotic at times, especially second half. No real control in the game.
“There’s some stuff that was okay as a period in the first half for 20-25 minutes that, if we would have produced that for 75 per cent of the game then I think we’d have been okay, but we sort of dropped off towards the back end of the first half.
“One of the things we did say at half-time was, you know, a clean sheet is an absolute must for us off the back of the results that we’ve had and the goal goes in with a catalogue of really poor goals that have been conceded so far.
“They want to do so well and they want to make it happen so much. There has to be that calmness to our play and there wasn’t.
“It felt very rushed. We got into good positions and then turned the ball over and allowed them to counter on us. We never really played with that fluidity or control that we needed.
“We’ve got to find a way to get out of this situation pretty quickly, because stats don’t lie. The league table doesn’t lie at the moment and we are that team that’s at the bottom of the division for a reason.”
๐ฃ๏ธ โMaybe I was too much on the optimistic side of โweโll be okโโฆ they look a little bit fragile and damagedโ

Charlton Athletic manager Nathan Jones told BBC Radio London:
“It was just an excellent win. I thought we deserved it. If you look at the context and the difficulty of the game; this is Sheffield United, away, full house, returning manager who’s been synonymous with success here so to put in that level of performance I thought was outstanding.
“First half, I thought we were the better team, we had the better chances, one or two on the counter.
“We had two really good opportunities from second phase, the keeper made great saves.
“We had similar opportunities to what Ipswich had the week before yet they ran out 5-0 and we had only one so that’s a learning curve for us but the level of performance was fantastic.”
