Premier League fixtures for the 2023/24 season have been revealed along with the TV selections and the dates in which they’re played.
The campaign will start on Saturday the 12th of August 2023 with the final match round on Sunday the 19th of May 2024, when all fixtures will kick off simultaneously as usual.
The schedule goes back to normal following the Covid pandemic and the 2022 World Cup, which caused a fair bit of disruption across three consecutive seasons.

โ Premier League (@premierleague) June 15, 2023
In keeping with commitments made to clubs this season to address the congested festive schedule, no two rounds across Christmas and New Year will take place within 48 hours of each other.
The schedule also provides for a return of the mid-season player break, which will take place between 13-20 January.
The 2023/24 season will consist of:
– 34 weekends
– three midweek rounds
– one Bank Holiday match round
The start date of Saturday 12 August allows 76 clear days from the end of the 2022/23 season.
With the Premier League finishing on 19 May 2024, it will also allow players rest between the end of the season and the international fixtures in June.

This is what fans had to say as Premier League fixtures for the 2023/24 season and TV selections are revealed…
@Daz7AVFC: Everyone moaning about away game first again . At least just for once it will be warm for Newcastle away ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป . Think how hard the steps will be in this heat ๐ณ๐ณ๐ค๐ค๐ค๐จ๐จ๐จ UTV #AVFC
@Villa_Life1874: I’d rather play Newcastle first then 10 games in #avfc
@brandonvilla74: And so it startsโฆ.will I book the flight? Will Sky change the match date? Will we be able to catch the flight that evening? Will Witton just be a long queue. The struggles of being an Irish @AVFCOfficial fan. #avfc #ryanair
@chickencricket: Thatโs a horrible fixture list. Could arrive at the October break with no points. #afcb December is going to be massive.
@Harrison_write: Last 6 games are rough. Going to need to be safe by early April #afcb
@chezzerRhys: Since the first 8 games have just made me depressed can we have the pre season dates now to cheer us up a bit ๐๐๐ #afcb
@LuisAdrianoUK: May the Fourth beโฆ the day we relegate Fulham! #COYB ๐ #brentfordfc
@86keenie: First, last and Boxing Day all at home – the PL loves us #brentfordfc
@Philip_Flop_: Fixtures! Bournemouth home, Liverpool home, Fulham home, Sheff Utd home, Chelsea away, Arsenal away are all games Europa league weeks so will be on Sundays. #BHAFC
@IanRamblesOn: 15 years ago with Luton at the bottom of Div 4 and us having a rotten start to our Div 3 campaign, I wonder what odds you would have got for that on an opening day top flight match in 2023. #BHAFC #LTFC
@neil_dickinson: Now that itโs sunk in, we should all just celebrate that #BurnleyFC are hosting probably the best club side in the world at home on a Friday night in a competitive fixture. And kicking off the whole PL season. That is really something for Turf Moor #twitterclarets
@TurfMoorClarets: First few home games look hard, but we are in the Prem to play these teams, letโs show them what we can do ๐ #twitterclarets
@Scrivum: I liked the start, then I saw December. Merry fucking Christmas ๐ #CPFC
@EFCKingy: Letโs be honest the fixtures mean fuck all unless Kenwright disappears, new leadership at the top of the club and some investment in an already woeful squad ๐คทโโ๏ธ #efc
@GedEFC1878: Decent start and end to the season, happy with that #EFC
@FFC_Ibz: Not easy, but not the hardest. One thing I love about Marco Silva and our coaching staffโฆis that they made us competitive in every match. Both arsenal and City would be more tolerant to points dropped earlier on in the season rather than the business end. #ffc
@KatLT14: Looks a decent run tbh. Can’t wait ๐ #ltfc
@OhWhenTheTown: Feels real now ๐ letโs do this!! #ltfc
@ltfcdan: BRIGHTON AWAY IN AUGUST WE WON LADS #ltfc
@LaneHusband1: Couldn’t have asked for a tougher start, but it’s one I’m relishing, and the squad and Eddie will relish. Testing ourselves against 4 great teams. Let’s be honest. We’re all happy the toughest away fixture is out the way first. A chance to make an early statement ๐โซ๏ธโช๏ธ #NUFC
@ToonToo87466111: Tough start but a real decent September/October and what a run in that is as well! December looks brutal ๐ณ #nufc
@SaizydNUFC: I personally donโt care when we play the tough games, will have to play them at some point. We are good enough to beat anyone imoโฆ no stress โบ๏ธ๐ค๐ค #NUFC
@Camclarky: I hate that! Wait ages during the off season and preseason for a trip to the city ground, finally get back home but then have to wait another 4 weeks for the next one ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ #nffc
@NFFCRon: Fuck me RIP #nffc
@MeganKatieLyall: What a fixture list! On the flip side of it, it gives us an advantage to get teams like Arsenal and City out the way first. We proved last year that we could beat all of the odds stacked against us. We can do it again and come out of this stronger. Roll on August! #NFFC โค๏ธ
@cookenffc: Fucking hell thatโs a rough start ๐๐ #nffc
@FreddyTheFud:
Opening day – Home
Boxing day – Home
Final game – Home
Equals – Love to see it! โ๏ธโค๏ธโ๏ธ #sufc
@Jc0140: Why do we always get Man City and Liverpool so close together??? #wwfc
@HambletonLuca: Liverpool away? This is the 3rd time since weโve gotten promoted that we go against them last game of the season ๐ญ๐ญ #wwfc
@danwallisx: Away first and last again ๐ #wwfc
@GeeCCee: Away to one of the big six on the last day, Iโm well and truly shocked #wwfc
