This unique flat is located in Leyton, East London, within the premises of the home the League Two leaders.

The flat has a private astroturf balcony that looks out directly onto the pitch. If you prefer to stay inside, there are large windows in the living room and one bedroom.

This is what social media users said as the property goes viral showing off a flat inside the stadium with a balcony overlooking the pitch…

@Italiajock: I’ve often wondered about those flats when I see them on TV. What a spot but quite a price….that’s London I suppose!

@stephen365: Is there a discount due to it being Orient?

@somersetbagpuss: Think of the money to be saved on the leccy bill when those floodlights are on.

@LUFC_Stout: Would be 450K if you didn’t have to watch Leyton Orient every weekend.

@Broncav711: Hope you’re OK with enjoying every single game in that stadium… because the noise right outside will mean you can’t do anything else inside your home.

@gfc82: £350k and they couldn’t even be bothered to paint the walls before putting it on the market 😂

@LukeShigeo: Not a bad deal, they are in a good position to be promoted to League One next year.

@ruby_asleep: Omg I would rent out my balcony as extra seats for fans at the weekend as a side hustle

@DAbbotoy: I would buy this just so I could watch Ted Lasso from there. I don’t care about any other amenities.

@Rxss_w: Right who am I splitting this with?

@nalbright_: I think I found my next home

@xmhrbfc24: Bargain and you don’t have to buy match tickets aswell

@notverykeen: I’d be downing a case on the balcony every Saturday afternoon

@kaustinsoccer: Do you know how fast I’d set up a twitch channel and commentate matches because it would be 1) sign lease 2) set up channel

@foreverayellow: always wanted to know what it looks like inside those flats lol i think this is a dream haha get me there!

Carissa Fletcher: I would buy, decorate it tastefully in the home team decor and rent as air b&b

Sean Miley: This could be fun!

Shelley Griffin: Nothing like having 20,000 friends over.

Chad Smith: There’s still 4 home matches left, plenty of time to get
settled

Chris Dillon: If you’re not a Leyton Orient fan that would get annoying really quick

Craig Berry: Would they mind a nudist? Asking for a friend

Cameron Carson: That looks so awesome, but good luck getting some privacy haha. 😂

Lucas Turner: This is pretty cool….
