Plymouth have held talks with League Two promotion winning boss over managerial vacancy

Following all of this speculation, fans took to Twitter to give their thoughts on Plymouth in talks with Bury’s Ryan Lowe…

Gone beyond caring now. If he goes, he goes..so what.

It's football…managers n players come & go, that's what happens.

With our situation as it is, why wouldn't Ryan go (& any players)…he needs security for his family.

We'll move on and appoint someone else…no problem!!

I'm a Holloway kinda girl but Ryan Lowe has turned my head a bit #pafc

Because he hasnt been paid for 2 months

Ryan Lowe could be a superb appointment. Away from Ian Holloway and Graham Coughlan, who have been my two favourites from the start, Lowe is the most exciting potential replacement for Derek Adams. #pafc pic.twitter.com/TH5eTjfejT

'Lowe's managerial style has interested and been complimented by Jürgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola, Rafa Benítez and Lowe's long-time friend Steven Gerrard, among others.' Yes please. @Only1Argyle

The huge amount of tweets on the news continued to come in…

This has all the ingredients of a PAFC appointment – fire sale opportunity. He may be able to bring talent from Bury too. Sad about their predicament but Argyle is no.1 for me

Ryan Lowe would be some statement of intent based on what he did with Bury. When do we ever show that much ambition?!

He would be an excellent appointment but a very unlikely one.
He's a legend in these parts and I cant see him going down to the South West outpost .
Luton were in for him in Janurary but his head wasn't turned
