Following the news coming out that Derek Adams has been sacked, fans gave their reaction with the majority happy, some also said thanks for all that he has done for them…
Wow what news to wake up to!! Shame it had to end this way after the previous 3 seasons when he did a grand job but unfortunately his position had become untenable with a real disconnect between him, the club & importantly the fans. All the best for the future Derek & Paul #pafc

Good riddance, it’s all gone so sour! Hope we can beat Scunthorpe next week and save ourselves!

It's taken you a long time to work out what the rest of the football league knew…. Derek Adams is a completely deluded manager who has no idea about football….

Not sure about the timing, but what can he expect with the form that we’re in atm, should give the players a boost before the final game

The sack your boss effect brings the realisation to us Scunthorpe fans that relegation is happening! pic.twitter.com/sRVyEYZIem

Sad way to end his managerial spell here, will be forever grateful for the L2 promotion but it just didn’t work out this year. You can’t islolate the heartbeat of the club without getting results and expect to remain in charge. Let’s hope this galvanises the players for Sat #pafc
