England have qualified for the semi finals of the Nations League after coming back from 1-0 down to beat Croatia 2-1 this afternoon.
The 57th minute saw Andrej Kramaric put Croatia in front, however around 20 minutes later, substitute Jesse Lingard and Harry Kane turned the scoreline around to complete a comeback.
