A Newcastle fan mocks Robbie Savage with a rude sign live on BT Sport prior to their side’s Premier League clash against Tottenham on Tuesday.
He was getting ready to co-commentate for the fixture, but one Magpies fan decided to show a sign which read ‘Savage is a wanker live on national TV.
It left the pundits commentating rather red-faced after spotting what the banner said on the screen behind them in the studio.

BT Sport apologised after Newcastle fans could be heard chanting about Savage during 1-1 draw at Rochdale on the 4th of January.
Peter Drury, who was alongside Savage in the commentary box, said sorry to the listeners moments after.
He said: “If you’re hearing bad language from the supporters we apologise.
“We are right in amongst them as you can gather.”
The person behind it was Jay Garland, who has received a message saying he was removed from the wall.

In the 27th minute, Heung-min Son scored the opener for Tottenham, picking up the ball inside the box and fired into the bottom corner.
Newcastle got themselves an equaliser, Valentino Lazaro, who had just come off the bench went on a mazy dribble from the right into the heart of the area, Serge Aurier panicked and could only whack a clearance straight to Matt Ritchie on the left wing.
He took a touch, steadied himself and then lashed it across goal and in.
Tottenham were back in front four minutes later, Harry Kane bagged himself his 20th goal of the season and his 200th club goal.
It was by his standards a very easy chance, a superb ball in from the right by Steven Bergwijn and the England captain can nod down and in.
Spurs striker Harry Kane: “A tough game and three massive points. We didn’t play as well as we could have but we got the result in the end.
“201 in 350 league games – that’s not bad! As always let’s try and improve. It’s nice to get to that milestone but the points are the most important thing. Hopefully I’ll get a couple of more before the season ends.
“Before tonight we said win the three games and we’ve got a good chance of being in the Europa League, we’ve done the first step and two more to go.
“A massive win which gives us momentum going into the last two games.
“We hit back quick after they scored, we dug deep and we got some breathing space late on.
“It’s a great achievement for me to get but hopefully there are more to come. On to the next one.”
Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho to MOTD: “Resilience, the team was tired before we even started. We had resilience and a great desire to win the match and to fight until the last for our objective which is the Europa League.
“Since I started we are fourth in the table. If we cannot get the Champions League than the Europa League is important.
“No doubt the subs were important. I knew they would give us the freshness that we needed.
“Harry Kane knows how important he is, he is incredible. After such a difficult recovery he is playing every minute of every game, this is the fourth game with two days in between, we are the only team to have this, and Harry gave everything.
“I am proud of them and happy with the points. Serge Aurier is a very strong character, every person is different and in his case he wanted to play.”
Newcastle boss Steve Bruce: “It’s the best we’ve played in a long time. They were excellent. Realistically we were safe months ago so the challenge has been can we finish as best as we can? Their attitude and application was excellent today and you don’t always get what you deserve.
“We were naive after we equalised and we gave Harry Kane too much room. You know it’s a goal and that’s the difference, that quality at the top of the pitch.
“Fabian Schar looks like he has dislocated his shoulder and Allan Saint-Maximin has a calf – we’ll have to see on him but we are down to the bare bones. We were already missing seven.
“It’s about getting a few back for the start of next season now.”
It’s the second time Savage has been mocked on BT Sport, as six months saw pundits made to apologise to viewers after Newcastle fans sang “Robbie Savage is a wanker during an FA Cup clash.
The 45 year old Welshman was targeted by nearby supporters as he commentated on the game that took place at Rochdale’s Spotland Stadium.

Fans tuned into the FA Cup tie live on BT Sport 1, and as can be heard in the video above, clearly heard the explicit chants from the fans.
Peter Drury, who was alongside Savage in the commentary box, said sorry to the listeners moments after.
He said: “If you’re hearing bad language from the supporters we apologise.
But the pair were unable to do anything about the chants as they were sat too close to the riled up fans.
One fan on Twitter said: “Robbie Savage is a wanker chant is probably the clearest chant I’ve ever heard and BT can’t do anything about it!
“You’re just shit scared of Shearer” and “talkSPORT is fucking shit” could also be heard at the game.
It came prior to when Miguel Almiron fired Steve Bruce’s side in front with his second goal of the season in the 18th minute.
However, forty-year-old substitute Aaron Wilbraham scored a dramatic late equaliser that earned League One Rochdale a draw against Steve Bruce’s side in the FA Cup third round.
