Mr. Prabhu, a global entrepreneur with experience in multiple sectors and a background in building youth sports platforms, assumes the role of Owner and Chairman.
His wife, Bhavna, a leadership coach, and their son, Sahil, a football enthusiast with expertise in youth training and sports science, join him in steering the club toward a sustainable future.
The family, based in Dubai, aims to foster growth for the club and the Yeovil community.
Stuart Robins remains Executive Chairman, working alongside Mr. Prabhu to provide strong leadership.

CLUB STATEMENT:
Yeovil Town Football Club are delighted to announce a transition in ownership, marking a transformative chapter in the club’s history. Inflection Holdings, the family office of Mr Prabhu Srinivasan, has acquired all the shares previously held by The Hellier Trading Group in Yeovil Town Holdings and consequently a majority shareholding in Yeovil Town Football Club.
This is a significant milestone in the club’s history, with the investment being made to augment the future roadmap of the club. The fundamental ethos behind their investment is to build a bright and sustainable future for the club and Yeovil as a town under new leadership. Mr Prabhu assumes the role of Owner and Chairman. His wife, Bhavna, and son, Sahil, join him in this venture, forming a dynamic and dedicated ownership group committed to the club’s future development.
Mr Prabhu is a multi-faceted global leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in banking, retail, technology, travel, real estate, e-waste and wellness. More importantly, he has built one of the largest multi-sports youth platforms in India and the Middle East. His wife, Bhavna, is a seasoned leadership coach and business strategist, widely recognised for her contributions to entrepreneurship and wellness integration. Their son, Sahil, has a deep-rooted passion for football. He has cultivated extensive expertise, having trained in Spain, Germany, the UK and UAE under prestigious league clubs. He has designed proprietary programmes for youth training. His academic focus in sports science at New York University strengthens his understanding of football analytics and strategy. The family now resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Mr Prabhu has spent considerable time in Somerset personally working with team members to validate his investment thesis. To reinforce this transformation, he has requested that Stuart Robins continue to be fully involved as Executive Chairman of the club. The two of them together will bring strong leadership and direction.
Executive Chairman Stuart Robins expressed his enthusiasm, stating:
“We are thrilled to welcome Prabhu and his family to our club on this landmark day. Having spent considerable time with Mr Prabhu, I am confident Yeovil Town is in great hands. I’m excited to commit to the long-term vision we have co-created, centred on developing and growing the club for our wonderful supporters.”
Reflecting on his investment, Owner and Chairman Mr Prabhu shared:
“Investing in Yeovil Town Football Club is a moment of immense pride for us. This club’s rich history and potential inspired us, and we are committed to being a responsible steward as we embark on an exciting new journey together. We are focused on making a positive impact on players, fans, employees and the entire community.”
Mr Prabhu was present at Yeovil Town’s home match against Sutton United, where he experienced first-hand the passion of the club’s supporters. He said:
“Despite the result, I witnessed the fans’ outstanding passion. In the middle of the game, I moved to the Thatcher’s Stand to be amongst the fans. I really appreciate and respect the terrific support the team enjoys from its wonderfully loyal fanbase, and I am looking forward to meeting them in the coming weeks! I am excited and proud to lead our unique club into a bright, new, stable future. We are committed to delivering success for you — our amazing supporters, key stakeholders, and the wider Yeovil community.”
Investment Banker Bhavya Gupta of Umergence LLC, New York, assisted in the transaction, alongside Ian Scobbie of Blacks Solicitors, Leeds.
Final message fro Martin Hellier:
“To all Yeovil Town FC supporters.
“I have today officially transferred Hellier Group’s stock in Yeovil foot-ball & athletic club limited and yeovil town holdings limited to inflection holdings, officially marking the end of our two-year tenure at the club.
“We are, as a company, and as a family, proud to have played a significant role in reviving the club’s prospects. Jack and I are truly honoured to have forged friendships with so many club supporters, staff, volunteers, players and of course Mark Cooper, and whilst it might have been somewhat tumultuous in terms of public relations, I am proud to have served with my heart if not at times my head, yet I am still resolute in my beliefs that this two-year period will have served to prepare the club to go on to the next level under the ownership of Mr Prabhu Srinivasan.
“I wish Stuart Robins, in all sincerity, the very best of luck as chairman. I know his humility and levelheadedness will guide the good ship Yeovil Town through whatever waters lie ahead.
“We are grateful to have served you all. We wouldn’t change a single memory.
“Thank you, and god bless the Glovers.

@AlexFYorkCity: I’ll miss the entertainment he provided us fans of other clubs, but an erratic and egotistic owner leaving a football club is always a good thing. I hope for #ytfc sake that the next one is an improvement. #YCFC have been there enough times when it hasn’t worked…
