The club said via their official website: “In the interests of safety, we are urging all supporters to travel to the Attis Arena and enter the stadium in plenty of time when we face Chester on Saturday, March 22nd.
“There will be a larger than usual crowd at the Attis Arena, as we look for another bumper crowd on home soil. The turnstiles will be open from 1.30pm.
“We also entertainment outside the venue ahead of the game, which will have finished by 2.15pm, with the urge for supporters to arrive at a turnstile earlier to ensure you get in prior to kick-off.
“For that reason, although we endeavour to get all supporters into the ground as quickly and safely as possible, there could be some delays close to kick-off as the crowd begins to grow. We are advising early entry to the venue if possible, which should help keep queues down.
“We will be issuing further advice in terms of car parking limitations and alterations for the encounter in due course.
“There’s a £500 guaranteed cash prize on offer this Saturday in the half-time draw, sponsored by Systemise Housekeeping, in memory of John Staff.
“With Iron fans massively getting behind our 50-50 draw this season, with over 25,000 tickets sold this campaign, half of the proceeds go into making the prizes at the Attis Arena, usually to a maximum of £500.
“This total has been achieved on many occasions this season, seeing thousands of pounds handed out in prize funds.
“For last season’s Community Day against Chester, we offered a guaranteed first prize of £500 cash on the day of the game, which is double the normal maximum first prize handed out.
“With a bumper crowd expected this weekend, hopefully breaking the Vanarama National League North record for a normal league game for a second time, we are offering the same, with a £500 cash prize available to the lucky holder of the winning ticket.
“To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is purchase tickets from our programme sellers, or the ticket office in the build-up to the game. Each ticket costs £1.
“Are you a season ticket holder, but not able to attend against Chester, or maybe you have an Under-12 season ticket attached to your account that won’t be used? You can release your seat this weekend to allow another supporter to attend!
“The ‘Release Your Seat’ initiative gives supporters who can’t make a game the opportunity to give up their seat so another supporter can take their place. This offer is also applicable to the Britcon Stand.
“A supporter that releases their seat will go into a draw to win one of the following:
Signed 2024-25 home shirt
Signed 2024-25 away shirt
Signed 2024-25 third shirt
£10 club shop voucher
“Furthermore, any U12 season ticket to be released will automatically be entered into a draw to win a mascot package.
“How to release your seat?
“Contact our ticket office during opening hours (10am-4pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).
“Terms and Conditions of cancelling your ticket…
“Please be aware that when releasing your seat as a season ticket holder for any league fixture, you are also releasing the same seat for any potential rearrangement of the fixture, due to postponement or abandonment.
“Subsequently, the season ticket holder’s seat which had been released and re-purchased would not be available for the rearranged fixture. The season ticket holder would have to contact the ticket office to arrange an alternative seat for the rearranged game, subject to availability.
“Once your season ticket has been released for this game, this action is final and cannot be reversed. It is likely your ticket will be purchased swiftly.”

@TrudieDaDog: On the verge of the unthinkable. People took a leap of faith to ensure we could continue to do what we would feel empty without. We can never repay them, but we do what we can… and we have, with our guests contributing significantly to the numbers too.👊 #UTI #NonLeagueDay 👇
