Nathaniel Clyne: Next Club Favourites to Join

With centre back Nathaniel Clyne’s future at Liverpool looking bleak after not getting played regularly this season but also being loaned out to Bournemouth, we take a look at which clubs are favourites to sign him up.

He had fallen out of contention after rising star Trent Alexander-Arnold cemented his place in the right-back position.

He has played just four times for the Reds this season but also 14 times for the Cherries and it appears they don’t want him permanently either.

At 28, he still has years left in him and now doubt there will be or already is interest several top flight sides.

6) WATFORD

Watford haven’t had any previous reports linking him to the player, though they still are listed a fair bit up the bookies’ list of clubs who could sign him up.

5) NEWCASTLE UNITED

Back in January, Newcastle were linked to be keen on the unwanted Liverpool player however Clyne headed out to Bournemouth on loan instead.

4) AFC BOURNEMOUTH

Despite Bournemouth having reportedly ruled out any chance of signing Clyne permanently, the club still is listed by the bookmaker as a potential destination for the player.
