Lyon have said that they are searching and will ban a fan who performed a Nazi salute during their win over Manchester City in the Champions League last night.
Footage emerged on social media of one of the French club’s supporters made the gesture in the away end at the Etihad Stadium.

Olympique Lyon said in a statement: “Lyon has seen a video that circulates on social networks. The supporter in question is being identified by the services of Lyon.
“As soon as he is identified, he will be excluded for life at Groupama Stadium and travel for club matches.”
Another clip on social media saw both Lyon and Manchester City fans fighting on a street outside a shop near the ground.

Greater Manchester Police have said that they have launched an investigation and that they have arrested two fans following a separate incident.
