A Luton Town supporter had his video of attract the attention from thousands of social media users during his side’s defeat in the FA Cup last night.
It showed Sheffield Wednesday’s Sam Winnall warming up before telling a fan “fuck off four eyes”, the fan then could be heard saying “did you hear what he just said” to what sounded like nearby stewards.
The video has since been deleted by the user as he received a huge amount of criticism, a screenshot of the post can be seen below.
The footage was seen by over 32,000 times and got hundreds of comments, most of those mocking the recorder.
One user tried to find out about more of what happened: “This is clearly the aftermath of something, clearly something happened for him to react.”
@Pabbs93, responsible for the video, replied: “He called him it during the match, then we asked him to repeat what he said.”
A different user asked: “What did you do or say for him to react like that tho??? Were you shouting ‘wanker’ at him while he warmed up????”
@Pabbs93 again wrote back: “Nah before that we didn’t say nothing – it was only when he disagreed with what we were complaining about then he came out with it.”
The mini convo ended with the first replier to say: “No proof so it’s all word against word.”
There was more tweets by @Pabbs93, who stated what had happened, however they have been deleted also.
Sam Winnall never made it onto the pitch but the remark to the fan was made sweeter after watching his side beat Luton Town from the sidelines.
The only goal of the game came just a minute into the second half from Atdhe Nuhiu who striked towards goal before it took a deflection and went past Hatters keeper James Shea.

Wednesday had a great chance to double their lead, however Shea saved Adam Reach’s effort.
Luton had a few opportunities to equaliser when substitute Dan Potts had his his left-footer parried away by Cameron Dawson.
The biggest chance for Luton saw James Collins divert Sonny Bradley’s header on to the post with just 13 minutes to go.
After watching a video of Sam Winnall calling a Hatters fan “fuck off four eyes” – fans took to praise the footballer as well as mock the recorder for ‘crying’ about it and not being able to take it after dishing it – take a look at the amusing comments on the next page.
