We’re now counting the days until those much anticipated English Football League playoffs, and with the tickets now on sale, we’ve taken a look at how much has be sold for each club.
Today we look at the League Two clubs Newport County and Tranmere Rovers. They will meet in the first of three televised fixtures on the Bank Holiday weekend.
6th place Tranmere knocked out 5th Forest Green 2-1 on aggregate over two legs in the play-off semi-finals and 7th Newport beat 4th Mansfield 5-3 on penalties.
The Exiles have been allocated 19,000 and so far of that, they’ve sold over 9,000 for the game on Saturday the 25th of May.
Their opposition, the Super White Army, have sold 10,000 of the 16,734 though some fans claim the number has in fact risen to 11,500.

Category 2 – £48 Adults, £36 Ages 17-21, £24 Ages – 65 and over, 16 and under

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.
Due to the anticipated high volume of sales, the Club are using See Tickets to sell Play-Off Final tickets.
