We take a look at the latest new 2024/25 kits from Premier League and EFL clubs, getting plenty of talk online.
The 2023/24 campaign is over and done with, so now their attention can only turn to the next one, and with clubs still needing cash to boost their finances to make up for the last few seasons, now is the perfect time to release them to supporters.
There have been a number of incredibly unique shirts come out this summer with all kinds of patterns, shapes, gradients, colours and we’ve even floral designs.
Last week, we saw queues of fans line up outside Sunderland and their new club shop, while Watford pleased supporters by revealing they were selling sponsorless kits.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen a variety of kits, some rather nice, others rather underwhelming. Take a look at the latest collection to be launched below…
IPSWICH HOME AND AWAY
@andyjfc_: Nahhhh that away one 😮💨
@VFinnishProbs: Loving both! 🤩👌 Especially like pinstripe and v-neck on home kit and gold and red combo on away
@LewisK08: Underwhelming tbf, will i buy it. Yes
@joshtkbacon: that’s beaut not sure about the umbro badge with the red tho
@Tom_Simonds92: The badge around the badge seems unnecessary, think I would have liked it without that. Away kit looks very decent.
@CraigHosking40: Really like that blue home top, reminds me of the 1981 retro pioneer kit 👍🏼 💙 #ITFC
@smifdah: Really mixed bag of comments on these shirts. Prefer the away one myself but will probably end up with both of them
@BlakeyB_33: Away one is better. Don’t like the red bit in the @umbro badge or the shield around the crest.
@AndrewWestley8: Both ordered including prem badges coz I’m defo not nearly 40 years old I’m 15 again back in the prem
@AshHutch92: Very underwhelming. Home shirt is awful. Away is better though.
@DorsetITFC: It might grow on me, but not a big fan of it,I’m afraid. Its features the 2 items I don’t like of previous kits: 🔹 Pinstripes 🔹 Badge in a badge + New Umbro logo looks weird. I know they got bought by Castore, so maybe their influence? Having said that, I will still buy it.
@DanielDaws1: Okkk. Home shirt is very nice and suspect it will grow on me just like last years but the away shirt……. well helllllloooo 😍😍😍
MIDDLESBROUGH AWAY
@boro_memories: I LOVE the shirt, far more than the home one. But it made me think far more about Coventry than I wanted to
@Brewer1293: Can’t beat Coventry, become Coventry…
@Smithy_MFC84: Stunning. Loved the 98/99 version, love this too. Promotion winning kit right here. #Boro #UTB
@UTBALLTHEWAY: This year I kinda want both I won’t lie 😂 league title winning season reckon I have to UTB
@AshleePrykee: Giving off Cellnet 98/99 season vibes…. I love it 😍
@jimmboro: These are incredible. Well done on getting the kit right 👏🏻 all we need now is a black out 3rd kit with retro badge.
@cl_bloomfield: Oh @Boro , you beauty. What a throwback! #UTB
@Matt_Rowney: That is stunning. It’s everything that was missing from the home shirt. Very nice! 😍 #Boro #UTB
@blindtigermike: Brilliant way to promote and sell! Proper commercial masterstroke – and I like both kits!! Its shaping up to be a transformative season. Sign Giles and Archer and watch other clubs crumble in our wake!
@Kevinhomfc: Shirt is stunning. Should have been blue shorts but never mind. Definitely getting the shirt
@JoeePennock: Okay I take my Comments about the designers back the away top is insane, straight in my basket

BRISTOL CITY HOME
@camcornthwaite: that is the worst kit i’ve seen in 7 decades.
@DJBaker87: WTF? Croatians be proud, Time to bin off O’Neils after this season surely!
@joe_sav8: We seriously need to bin off o’neils makes it look tinpot
@BrettLiddiatt: Yeah we need to bin o’Neill’s off next year because that’s fucking awful. Can hide it behind a nice video all you like but they’ve produced 2 shit shows consecutively now. Cheap and tacky.
@FevsFootball: Sleeves ok, collar don’t like at all. Nice colour red though.
@AndrewShemeld1: Worst kit of ours I’ve ever seen. Round neck and the Croatia pattern? Got a “got it from a Saturday market” vibe. Cracking video and message, tainted by that kit. I’m sure others will like it and good show for that.
@Brayer11: Not much thought gone into it. Probably took ten mins to develop. Why can’t we have a decent funky kit outside the box and have some sort of design on it?
@timmytapper: Utterly awful. Once again the quality and the fit looks terrible. But they’ll still be charging the same price it would be if someone decent like Hummel made it.
@huttons1: Great video! Shirt not so great unfortunately, although i said that about last seasons to be fair until I saw it in the ‘flesh’, then i bought one!
@BristolOli: Remember the days when we had a decent kit and supplier until JL lost his bottle . Total spend in the club shop last season = Zero . Won’t be spending a penny again 🤢
Football is more than a professional game.

PORTSMOUTH HOME
@JackDav04863924: Not a fan at all think it’s pretty boring to be honest 🤦🏻♂️
@Sam_R_Wade: After all the election brouhaha, I’m glad we’re back to arguing over the important stuff. Like whether this kit is lit or s*it. 7/10 for me atm. Might increase a bit more with time/sentiment.
@haz_bond: Not for me. Great video for it. Underwhelmed by the kit. Think mostly because of the stripes. If you could remove them then much better. Not for everyone. Always got the away and third kit.
@Callum9358: Well, it’s safe to say my bank balance is staying the same today…
@matthewfs2000: I like it but in my opinion not better than last seasons
@SamuelEMCB: Looks like a training kit, not impressed at all
@crying_freeman: Was always gonna divide, personally I like it, just not a fan of the same colour neck line, makes it look unfinished imo
@terbs26178: Typically Nike, undecided again. May wait and see what the 2nd and 3rd kits look like

NORWICH HOME AND GK
@Club25Football: 🔰 Norwich City, 24/25 home kit – I’m really disappointed with this one. Really, really let down. Far too little green, unimaginative chequered pattern, and the sponsor is okay but a step down from Lotus. What a shame. Definitely an end-of-season bargain bin buy for me #OTBC #NCFC
@littlenorwich: It’s better than last seasons, and it appears to just be last seasons but without the horizontal stripes. Bit disappointed if I’m honest. #ncfc
@MrSideBurns1998: Plain, but alot better than last years atrocious home kit, i’ll wait to see the away and 3rd before buying imo #ncfc
@loodofsquit: There’s nothing to dislike about it, but not much to like about it either!!! It’s a yellow shirt with green trim. Bit boring! I do like the GK shirts though. Hope @AngusGunn01 will shave his head like @MrGunny1963 when he wore a shirt like that!!!
@Scottfreeman101: Must get so boring as a Norwich fan kit looks the exact same every year 😂😂
@Shaney_ncfc: This kit is fresh I’m cuming before the season has even started !!!!! 💦💦💦💦💦💦💦
@RobboZini: Long sleeved version is surprisingly good. It’s not a bad kit, simplistic and clean. 🔥 #ncfc
@canarieschatt: Ooooo hello, that is naughty 😈 can’t wait to piss the league wearing this #NCFC
@AdamBrandon84: The pattern on the shirt is a nod to the 4D chess JHT is gonna have us playing this coming season. #ncfc

SWINDON HOME, AWAY, GK
@StandingAlone77: I honestly can’t get over the fact that Swindon’s new kits for this season are reused templates of Salford’s home and Crawley’s third kits from last season. I’d be fuming.
@JoshBarclay9: £55 for what is a template is very expensive. The shirt itself is only £17 on pro direct and sponser and badge doesn’t justify the extra cost imo.
@TJMEERKAT: Home kit = 7.5/10 Nice but basic. Away kit = 10/10 Best kit we’ve had in ages, will be buying it as soon as it’s on sale!
@stfcjosh: Ngl really like the away shirt, different to what we’re use to, home kit is ok pretty standard.
@TrevorSTFC: Away kit not dissimilar in colour to the Burmah Castol 3rd strip which was sensational.
@JayBox325: Should have picked up a Salford home 2023/24 and a Crawley third 2023/24 shirt for £25 while I had the chance!

HUDDERSFIELD AWAY:
@YorkshireZlatan: The nicest shirt we’ve produced in ages. Great work. I’ve ordered mine.
@nashiemate: Might be a bit biased because I like navy, but we’ve smashed it again. Loving the kits!
@p_ross85: Loving this away kit. Have pre ordered it already. Millennium shirt was one of my fave town shirts so this is 😍 #htafc
@james_m_carter: Great kit, it’s a shame they didn’t do the same on the home shirt with the sponsor, as the white bubble effect around the Utilita sponsor spoils it.
@DeanJPerrin88: Club is getting a lot of things right – can’t wait for opening day #htafc
@CalebDenniss: Take My Money…. That Is Really Nice #htafc
@gazthevanman: As a fat, fifty plus man football shirts don’t normally get me going but…hello! Will be the fastest selling town kit ever!
It's here.

AFC WIMBLEDON
@Tom_J_Bennett: If I were a Wimbledon fan, I’d be down a fair bit of money right now. Unreal line up. The away kit (the long sleeve) has the iconic Umbro Inter Milan collar 🔥
@millydore9: Unpopular opinion clearly but I like it!
@jamieregan_: Not sure I’m a big fan of the concept, but the execution is well done. Should have been a third kit instead of away though.
@AlanRickwood: First one I haven’t liked in years, possibly our worst ever kit 😕
@harryroth_: Was really hoping for a return to yellow. This ain’t it lads
@SiWheeler78: Like it!, probably will love it when I see it. I said yesterday that the home kit was a real nod to the younger newer supporting generation, whilst this seems to be a modern take on the very original. Great for the purists! We can’t always just go back to the 1980s/90s!
@StephenJAdams: the photoshoot makes it look a different colour to what it actually is. Think brown and light blue.
@MathewFackrell: Fair dos you boys have smashed it this year with your home shirt and that yellow keeper kit is a thing of beauty 😍 👍 well done umbro
@jb45691: The home keeper kit should of been our away kit 😫
