In this article, we take a look at how the 20/21 Premier League table would look without the Big Six surrounding the European Super League.
There have been calls for those involved in the proposed competition to be banned from the top flight – but what would the table look like without them?
Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham were among 12 clubs – with three each from Spain and Italy – to announce their intention on Sunday to join a new competition.
Here, the PA news agency looks at this season’s Premier League with those clubs’ matches removed and it really makes for interesting reading. Who knows, this could end up actually happening.
14) SHEFFIELD UTD
Sheffield United would sit 14th in the Premier League table should the results against the big six get removed.
The standings would have them at 21 played, 3 games won, 2 games drawn, 16 games lost, 8 goals for, 32 goals against, -24 goal difference and a total of 11 points.
The Blades currently sit 20th in the actual Premier League table, taking 14 points from 32 games played.

13) WEST BROM
West Bromwich Albion would sit 13th in the Premier League table should the results against the big six get removed.
The standings would have them at 21 played, 4 games won, 5 games drawn, 12 games lost, 17 goals for, 38 goals against, -21 goal difference and a total of 17 points.
The Baggies currently sit 19th in the actual Premier League table, taking 24 points from 31 games played.
