In this article, we take a look at how much your club from the Premier League, EFL and Non League spent on agent fees from 2021 to 2022.
Man City were the side who spent the most on agents in that period of time with a whopping £35m. Manchester United are second with just over £29m, with Chelsea third (28.2m) and Liverpool fourth (£22.1m).
Fulham spent the most in the second tier, forking out more than £10m, while Hull City paid out the least, at £242,986. In total, Championship clubs splashed out £44,378,940 on intermediary and agents’ fees in that period.
Sheffield Wednesday topped the amount for League One with a spend of £796,224, with Ipswich Town spending £779,739 to rank second.
In League Two, Salford City spent £116,390, but were beaten to the top of the spending table by Bristol Rovers, who splashed out a total of £119,817 in order to secure some of their recent signings.
Stockport County paid the highest amount in agents’ fees for non league teams with £131,692. The next highest was Wrexham, who paid out £80284.
