Tottenham’s Heung-Min Son appears close to tears in his post-match interview as Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have an explosive row.
Son opened up on his immense disappointment following Tottenham’s loss to Manchester United on Sunday night, whilst many called him a ‘cheat’ on social media.
It was the South Korean who scored the game’s opening goal as the hosts went into the break 1-0 up, however three second-half goals saw the Red Devils claim the important three points and further dented Tottenham’s top four hopes in the Premier League table.

Son was keen to make up for his recent injury woes and gave the club’s fan base something to cheer about on the 40th minute.
In an interview with Spurs’ media team at full-time, a visibly emotional Son said: “I’m really disappointed this afternoon. I don’t know what to say, I’m really sorry. I feel bad, I know how passionate the fans are here.
“I’m not bothered about the goal. I just really want to win because I came on last game, back from injury, we were leading and then drew.
“I played today so I really wanted to get the win, but I don’t know what to say.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Jose Mourinho were embroiled in a furious row at full-time following Manchester United’s victory over Tottenham.
The pair clashed verbally over an incident involving Heung-min Son and Scott McTominay, with the United midfielder adjudged to have fouled Son in the build up to an Cavani goal, leaving the United boss furious.
McTominay’s hand had caught Son’s face leaving the the Spurs player on the floor for the duration of the goal.

Chris Kavanagh was informed of the incident by VAR and was told to check the pitch-side monitor. The goal was subsequently chalked off with PGMOL later stating: “It wasn’t part of McTominay’s natural running movement and was careless.”
Solskjaer was still absolutely furious at full-time with what he saw: “The game has gone. Game has absolutely gone.
“If that’s a clear and obvious error, it’s an obvious error he had to look at it. It was a perfectly good goal.
“We shouldn’t be conned. I have to say, if my son stays down for three minutes and he needs his 10 mates to help him up, he won’t get any food.
“We weren’t conned, the referee was.”
Solskjaer added: “The game has gone. The game has absolutely gone. We shouldn’t be conned.
“I have to say, if my son stays down for three minutes and he needs his 10 mates to help him up, he won’t get any food. We weren’t conned, the referee was.”

When hearing Solskjaer’s comments Mourinho let rip.
“In relation to that I just want to say Son is very lucky that his father is a better person than Ole,” replied Mourinho, making it personal.
“Because I think a father you always have to feed. Doesn’t matter what they do. If you have to steal to feed your kids, you steal.
“I’m very, very disappointed and because with me, like we say in Portugal, bread is bread and cheese is cheese, I told Ole already what I think about his comments.
“And I have to tell you that I’m very, very disappointed that in five, six, seven questions you ignore the dimension of that comment.”

Fans reacted after seeing Heung-Min Son close to tears as Mourinho and Solskjaer have an explosive row…
@Utd_Optimist: I’m laughing at Solskjær’s interview man 😂😂 “If my son does that he’s getting no food” 😭😭
@thelittlesenn: sack mourinho pls
@MU20FC: Ahahah he’s lost it.
@centristjim1: His player cheated to rule out the first goal? What’s he on about?
@kennyjnr1: Deflection from poor performance. Classic Josè
@_23au: Stop making the best performers do these interviews. Give them to the ones that were shit and hold them accountable
@MayankShharma: Mourinho’s journey from being the special one to the Bitchy one
@wellsymufc99: He must of been still in shock after his head nearly came off his shoulders after Scotty touched him.. it was that bad I thought they had to call in the air ambulance.
@oliver_grant24: We’ve actually broken this man cause of how bad we are
@FellaBoom: I’m surprised he’s not at the hospital treating his life threatening eye injury.
@COYSffs: Just leave the club Son, and take Kane where ever you go. You guys deserve better. World class strikers playing with absolute bellends at the back cos ENIC don’t want to put their hand in their pocket
@Wingman1882: He’s got nothing to be sorry about. Played his heart out as always. The problem is the lack of organisation & effort defensively. And most of that is down to the manager. We’ve one of the best forward lines, but behind that we’re just so open. We can’t defend. Period.
@OleTrain: Surprised he was able to talk after that horror injury today.
@VamosYids: You can just tell the players don’t want to play for Jose. They’re fed up
@4Sportek: This version of Jose is building up to his sorry end. The cycle of Jose 🤦🏾♂️
@BlackfireRoyale: He’s made a three course meal out of what was obviously bait
@Kebiruesuana: He did the same thing about Ole’s comments on trophies. Someone tell him that mind games don’t work after the game ends and you lose.
@WhiteHartMart: Both Rodon and Son look absolutely distraught and mentally done in.. Beyond just the impact of losing the game. This ain’t turning around in a couple of weeks – massive task ahead 😡
@Danny_Walters14: The dressing room is gone
@Utd_Optimist: This man doesn’t know what sarcasm is, who’ll put him out of his misery and explain the concept of it?
@mark_melling: Lol what a circus. How did we get here Jose
@J_zayd: Mourinho is funny as fuck when he’s not managing your team
@talha_27c: Lol talking about cheese, Ole’s tenure at ManUtd is chalk & cheese compared to Jose’s.
@haron_Yanited: No way he took Ole’s comment seriously, rattled 😭😭😭😭😭 this guy is actually dusted

Luke Shaw – ridiculed by Mourinho at United for being at fault for goals, faking injuries, being lazy… the list goes on. Here he is, currently as the best left back in the league with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after beating Mourinho’s spurs 3-1. What a picture 🤫🤫 #mufc pic.twitter.com/AmJVcecNqf
