Fans were left stunned as four goals were scored in stoppage time with it at 0-0 after 89 mins of Folkestone Invicta’s match against Wingate & Finchley yesterday.
It looked as though the Isthmian League match was going to end goalless but supporters inside the ground couldn’t have expected what was about to happen.
A minimum of six minutes were added on when the scoreline was at 0-0 and Wingate were already one man short after Ahmet Rifat was sent off earlier in the second half.
Folkestone were given a penalty on the 90th minute, which was scored by Ian Draycott, many assuming that would probably be it, however that was only the beginning of the madness.

And to clear up why there was even more time added in stoppage time…
For further context, Folkestone scored on 90 and 90+7, before ten man Wingate scored two goals in 90+11th minute!! The reason for so much added time was that their sent off player refused to leave the field!
