Since the EFL put out their article on their board update regarding the matters, fans took to give a frustrated reaction on the league’s Twitter page…
So basically you have achieved absolutely nothing. Clubs like Charlton, Coventry, Bolton are in dire need of EFL intervention yet you stand aside while we are being run into the ground. Shame on you. #disgrace #notfitforpurpose

So in other words you have achieved bugger all today, pathetic statement! I honestly feel you guys really have not got a clue what you're doing. Useless tinpot organisation ???

Jokers! Poor from all involved… every club mentioned have been failed massively by the @EFL #bwfc

4 clubs in ONE statement that have all been led down by the @EFL. Joke of an instiution

Supporters of Coventry, Blackpool, Bolton, Charlton and Birmingham City should all go in together and sue the EFL for utter neglect or find something we can do the useless wankers with !! How the fuck can they let this happen !!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't know what you're doing! You don't know what you're doing… EFL OUT!!!
— Steven (@stevenwpeterson) March 6, 2019
The huge amount of replies to the statement continued, and they were all still negative…
Four non-statements from the EFL effectively washing their hands of problems in four football league clubs. Apart from saying 'non' to Roland Duchatelet, which isn't actually progress of any kind.

Was it just an excuse to meet up and have a chat?? You did nothing else by all accounts
— Richard Armstrong (@habbyhatter) March 6, 2019
So, a whole day to achieve nothing? Excellent
— Mike seaton (@mikeseat) March 6, 2019
Shambles of an organisation. Four of 72 clubs at crisis point. Two football clubs carried into administration under his directorship and now this. ??

So we have Coventry and Blackpool decisions deferred, No decision to make on Bolton (for now) and Charlton owner told where to go (in more polite terms). Surely the league and the clubs within it should be doing more here.
