The semi-final draw of this season’s FA Cup took this afternoon live on the BBC.
It was made by Leon Osman and Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink following the quarter final tie between Millwall and Brighton & Hove Albion, which saw Brighton come from 2-0 down to score twice (88′ and 90+5′) to take it to extra time and then penalties, Chris Houghton’s men winning 5-4.
Manchester City came back from 2-0 down at half time to controversially beat Swansea City 3-2. Watford knocked out Crystal Palace wit a 2-1 win. Wolverhampton Wanderers comfortably beat Manchester United 2-0 and as mentioned above, Brighton became the fourth and final club to book a place in the final four and claim £720,000 for doing so.
