TV selections confirmed for FA Cup First Round Replays

The FA Cup First Round TV selections have been confirmed and are set for broadcast across BBC and ITV in a few weeks time.

Fans across the UK will be able to watch two Emirates FA Cup first round replays live on television, after broadcasters made their pick from the 12 remaining ties at this stage.

Both ITV and the BBC will show a tie each, with the clash between National League side Solihull Moors and EFL League One leaders Wigan Athletic on Tuesday 16 November and the all north-west match between Stockport County and Bolton Wanderers getting the TV treatment.

All four clubs will receive an FA broadcast fee of £32,500, while there’s £22,629 up for grabs for the winning clubs from the competition prize fund.

Meanwhile, the draw for the second round proper was made on Monday evening, following the final tie of the weekend between Dagenham & Redbridge and Salford City.

Fans gave their reaction to the TV selections confirmed for FA Cup First Round Replays…

@OldManWinter999: Please actually have some decent pundits who have links to the clubs and not the generic drivel of Danny Murphy, Leon Osman, Dion Dublin etc. Also a commentary team that actually bother to do research and not trot out the same old tired cliches would be terrific
