Majority of those have come within the last two seasons, but there are a few players from even longer ago that still remain a few club’s biggest.

20) CARDIFF CITY (2019)

Cardiff City’s record transfer signing is Emiliano Sala for a reported transfer fee of £15million. Unfortunately he sadly passed away days after his move. Gary Medel is their other record signing with £11million.

19) BURNLEY (2017 & 2018)

Burnley’s record transfer signing is Chris Wood and Ben Gibson for a reported transfer fee of £16million.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s record transfer signing is Alireza Jahanbakhsh for a reported transfer fee of £17million.
