Club World Cup 2025 – Broadcast Information

DAZN has secured the exclusive global broadcast rights for the 2025 Club World Cup for $1 billion, allowing them to cover all 63 matches live.

Each of the fixtures will be live streamed and free to view on DAZN worldwide. The company may sublicense the rights to free-to-air broadcast networks.

ITV made a zero-pounds bid to broadcast the tournament this summer, reasoning that FIFA would be grateful for coverage on free-to-air terrestrial channels.

DAZN’s acquisition of the rights has been widely regarded as a way of Saudi Arabia indirectly funding the tournament for FIFA.

SURJ Sports Investment, a company under the control of the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), recently purchased a minority stake in DAZN.

The agreement for the exclusive broadcast rights for the 2025 Club World Cup marks the beginning of a more expansive partnership between FIFA and DAZN.

FIFA+, FIFA’s library of live fixtures, full-match replays and iconic football moments, will now be integrated into the DAZN platform.

DAZN is available on all digitally connected devices, including smart televisions, smartphones, tablets and game consoles.
