Chelsea fans decided to fight each other whilst a Watford fan has heart attack and CPR with the Premier League fixture paused.
On the 10th minute, with Masina getting treatment to his left leg, there appeared to have been a supporters taken ill in the stand on the otherside of the pitch.
Masina was forced off with that injury, Danny Rose taking his place, and play didn’t restart so that the fan could get medical attention.
Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso alerted the officials of the emergency in the crowd.
The fan who suffered a heart attack was given CPR by the medical staff and has been stabilised.

Another member of one of the teams’ medical staff ran across the pitch with both sets of players heading down the tunnel and back to the dressing room.
Sky Sports’ Gerard Brand at Vicarage Road: “The players have been taken off the pitch here because of a medical emergency in the Graham Taylor Stands.
“The area around the supporter has been cleared – fans are now congregating nearby as paramedics attend to the supporter.
“The crowd have rightly quietened down and there’s a fair amount of concern here.”
All of the playing staff returned to the dressing room while the fan in the stand opposite the dugouts receives attention – leaving just the concerning scenes at Vicarage Road.
Sky Sports’ Gerard Brand at Vicarage Road: “The fans who were cleared from the area around the supporter concerned are now going down to the concourse. A small number of supporters who were there to deal with the supporter in the first instance are still gathered around.
“It seems Marcos Alonso was one of the players who pointed out the medical emergency in the stands – the incident occured just above him in the Graham Taylor stand, near where he was positioned at left-back.
“A couple of the Chelsea medical staff are being applauded now as they make their way back to the dugouts – they had initially run over to the GT stand to lend their help to the supporter.
“Danny Rose has been out warming up with a Watford coach for the past 10 minutes – Adam Masina had gone off with an injury just as the players were being brought off at Vicarage Road.”
15 minutes after the game stopped, officials in the tunnel were seen talking to Watford staff but they didn’t appear to be preparing to re-start any time soon.
Players stated that wouldn’t come back out until there is a ‘definitive’ news about the fan concerned.
Sky Sports’ Gerard Brand at Vicarage Road: “The Watford medical staff are now receiving a huge applause – they were also on the scene early.
“And some of the fans who were cleared away from the area around the fan are returning to their seats.”
The Watford and Chelsea players returned to the pitch before going through their warm-up.
The PA announcer at Watford confirms a fan suffered a cardiac arrest, and is now stabilised and in the “best possible hands”.
Both sets of teams were given five minutes to warm-up and get ready for the re-start.
Sky Sports’ Gerard Brand at Vicarage Road: “The mood has really lifted at Vicarage Road now after that positive news. Both sets of fans are singing.
“There does look to be a fair bit of confusion in the area around where the fan received treatment.
“Stewards seem to be blocking off the 20 or so seats around where the fan was sat, with fans having to congregate on the stairs.”
After a stoppage of 30 minutes, Rose made that substitution for Masina official.
And 32 minutes after play was halted, play was back underway with a drop ball, which saw Chelsea take possession.
There were however reports during the break in play that Chelsea fans were fighting each other in the away end, with the respected Chelsea podcast stating that there was one supporter shouting horrifying stuff.
Footage has also come to light showing a Blues fans getting restrained…

The 29th minute saw the first goal of the game, in favour of Chelsea and was all thanks to Mason Mount.
Watford kicking themselves with this one as Rudiger sent a ball over the top before being expertly taken down by Alonso in the box.
He found Havertz who helped it on to Mount who is in space and the England man tucked it past Bachmann to put Chelsea ahead.
The Blues had the ball back in the net again on the 32nd minute but Havertz was adjudged to be offside.
On the 43rd minute, Chelsea conceded having given the ball away cheaply and Loftus-Cheek is culpable this time, robbed in the centre circle by Sissoko.Â
He found Dennis, who dribbled at Rudiger before squeezing the ball through the defender’s legs. He caught a deflection but the ball found the far corner.
Chelsea took the lead on the 72nd minute after Mason Mount drilled in a low cross which met Hakim Ziyech who provided a good finish, smacking the ball over the keeper’s gloves.
Meanwhile on the same night, but in the match between Southampton and Leicester, the start of the second half was delayed after a supporter was taken ill.
