Charlton uploads unbelievable full video of four injury time goals in final 10 minutes

Charlton Athletic uploads what fans have called an unbelievable full video of four injury time goals in the final 10 minutes vs Ipswich Town.

Ipswich missed the chance to go top of the League One standings as the Addicks netted twice deep into stoppage time to earn a dramatic 4-4 draw at the Valley.

The Tractor Boys, having already seen a two-goal lead disappear in the second half, had themselves scored twice in added time through Freddie Ladapo and Sam Morsy.

But Terell Thomas got one back in the sixth minute of added time and there was still enough time for George Dobson to find an equaliser three minutes later.

The visitors went ahead in the second minute of first-half stoppage time when George Edmundson emphatically headed Leif Davis’ corner past Charlton keeper Joe Wollacott.

Tyreece John-Jules made it 2-0 on the 52nd minute as he beat Wollacott to Wes Burns’ cross.

Charlton boss Ben Garner, fuming at the awarding of free-kick in the lead up, was sent off by referee Josh Smith.

The hosts got themselves level as Jesurun Rak-Sakyi followed up after Christian Walton could only parry Corey Blackett-Taylor’s strike, before Walton dropped Blackett-Taylor’s low shot with Albie Morgan converting in the 76th minute.

There were six added minutes signalled, and then came the flood of goals.

Ipswich sub Ladapo hit home from the edge of the box before Morsy also finished from range.

But Thomas bundled in from five yards out before Dobson headed home a leveller in the ninth additional minute. Here is the full 10 minute video of those injury time goals…

Kieran McKenna said Town were ‘frustrated and angry’ following today’s 4-4 draw at Charlton Athletic.

“We have time to reflect on the game and we have to do that,” Kieran told iFollow Ipswich.

“I didn’t think what happened today was because of a lack of concentration, but more a lack of composure. We are frustrated and angry that we couldn’t send the supporters home with a win.

“We struggled to control our emotions in a really good position, where the players and supporters were really happy. It’s great to have that passion, but we also have to have control in those moments.

“It feels like a loss but it’s not. Four goals should be enough to get three points but it wasn’t, so we have to learn from that.”

Ben Garner hailed the impact of the Charlton supporters following an incredible game at The Valley.

Speaking to CharltonTV he said: “I’m just so proud of the players, the supporters – I love you, you’re incredible, what an atmosphere. We thoroughly deserved a point.

“It was an incredible game. I think what it does show is that we can go toe-to-toe with anyone in this league. In my opinion they are the best side in this league and we’ve matched them for long spells and been better than them for long spells in the game.

“I’m so proud, it was tough watching it in here [on the television in his manager’s office]. I was jumping up and down and running down the corridor at different stages, I’m incredibly proud of the whole group. The players that came on that haven’t played much, to give the performances they did! The players coming on and having an impact, the character in the closing stages. You think the game is done, we were two down and we came back, we’re then two down again. I don’t know if anyone has ever come from two down twice in the same game. I think it just shows what a special club this can be, what the atmosphere can be like – they were all incredible. I’m just proud of the whole football club this afternoon. We need to use this as a bit of a springboard. You can see how much passion and energy we can have. The players kept moving the ball, kept attacking. I’m delighted, I’m so, so proud of them.”

This is what fans said as Charlton uploads the unbelievable full video of four injury time goals in the final 10 minutes…

@addickted1905: Insane!

@Bradw667: I don’t know if still being in the ground when your club is 4-2 down in the 95th minute is loyal or weird as fuck 😂

@jpuddifoot: For those from #itfc moaning about the added time. Your boys take 4 minutes to reform across the first 3 goals. Your complaints should be that there wasn’t more added not there was too much. #cafc

@mattmay268: Town fan here, fair play and so refreshing to see 2 sides who want to play football, non of this time wasting from minute 1 that 20 teams in league one play. Good luck for the rest of the season

@MA59006806: It’s got everything!…a ‘Rousing Chorus …of up the Football League we go?’…. Ed Sheeran crying…(he will write a hit about that game?) Terrys decibels reminded me of Wembley….love it…

@msearles88: Madness. If ever there’s a game that tells ya not to leave early…..

@ddodds2293: Absolutely insane. Imagine all those that left early when the 4th Ipswich goal went in 🤯😂

@DextersDesciple: Ipswich were their own downfall. Wasting as much time as possible after the goals that the ref rightly added it on

@glendowdall: That’s what you get when you spend 3 minutes celebrating and tactical subs to waste time. Hold that.

@chrismock46: Mental. Your defender’s tackle in the box in the 97th minute was quality

@EmpireFF: This is mental. How on earth did Ipswich not see this out? Incredible.

@samcafc97: Brilliant to see dobbo on the refs case about the time wasting and then go on to bag in the final kick of the game.

@Choff7Andrew: This is why I tell ollie to try and always stay to the end. You never know in football.

@woodstockjag: Utter carnage. Never seen as chaotic a stoppage time in my life.

@c_l247: Hahaha could count about 10 times where the ref should’ve blown in those last 2 minutes

@cafc95: Albie after the 90th min was a prime pirlo. I will never leave a game early again

@CampoFloydRoad: Inject this into me please ! What a feeling ❤️

@BenRogers223: This 8 minutes of extra time is why football is one of the best sports on earth 😂
