The draw for the group stages of this season’s Champions League has finally been made this evening.
As always, there are 32 teams taking part at this stage of the competition, with the draw splitting them into eight groups of four from four seeded pots.
Premier League champions Manchester City were in pot one with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Lokomotiv Moscow.
Manchester United and Tottenham were with Borussia Dortmund, Porto, Shaktar Donetsk, Napoli, Roma and Benfica in pot two.
Pot three sees Liverpool with Schalke, Lyon, Monaco, Ajax, CSKA Moscow, Valencia and PSV.
None of the English sides were in pot four which includes AEK Athens, Young Boys, Club Brugge, Galatasaray, Inter Milan, Hoffenheim, Viktoria Plzen and Red Star Belgrade.
