The 2018/19 season is over for the Premier League sides, so we’ve taken a look at every club’s average attendance.
A total of 14,508,981 supporters attended matches in the top flight for the campaign just gone, on par with the record amount for last season.
With the ever-changing fortunes of our beloved clubs, we take a look at how well each Prem side faired in getting supporters through the turnstiles.
Here’s the list from ranked least to most, some are predictable, some are surprising: –
20) BOURNEMOUTH
The average attendance at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium for the 2018/19 season was 10,532.
The Cherries had 10,640 for the 2017/18 season.
19) WATFORD
The average attendance at Watford’s Vicarage Road for the 2018/19 season was 20,016.
The Hornets had 20,231 for the 2017/18 season.
18) BURNLEY
The average attendance at Burnley’s Turf Moor for the 2018/19 season was 20,534.
The Clarets had 20,688 for the 2017/18 season.
17) HUDDERSFIELD
The average attendance at Huddersfield Town’s John Smith’s Stadium for the 2018/19 season was 23,203.
The Terriers had 24,040 for the 2017/18 season.
