Here’s what fans said as the 23/24 Carabao Cup Fourth Round draw is made live in full…

@JRBrad8: I honestly think Don Goodman already had that Newcastle ball in his hand before pretending to spin it. Then started laughing before he pulled it out!! #CarabaoCup

@Petieboy2013: A lot can change in a month but I dont think @FulhamFC will relish coming to Portman Road in the 4th Round of the #CarabaoCup. Another cracking tie on paper and both teams should feel there is a good chance of making the quarter finals. #IPSFUL #Ipswich #Fulham

@GrumpyGit2021: Exeter City v Middlesbrough, that’s a long night for the Boro fans! #CarabaoCup

@SteG613: Love the fact that two #EFL teams are guaranteed to be in the Quarter Finals of the #CarabaoCup

@Paddy_McKeanEFC: Bring on Burnley. It’s going to be a very tough game for us but I’ll take that draw all day long if truth be told as it could have been so much worse! The Clarets are a decent team though so we’ll have to be at our very best! @Everton #EFC #BFC #COYB #UpTheToffees #CarabaoCup.

@srose93: Man Utd will play Newcastle at Old Trafford in the 4th Round, repeat of last season’s final. Will be a tough game. #MUFC #CarabaoCup

@jonworby: Arsenal at home?! Tough but a glorious opportunity to wipe the smile off a certain someone’s face… Bring it on! #CarabaoCup #COYI

@Danielsonjc93: West Ham away in the next round….. Not the worst draw given both clubs in Europe. Another London away game too, so should be interesting. Could have been worse 🤷🏼‍♂️ #CarabaoCup #AFC

@wilson9112316: Time for revenge. It’s on Man Utd #NUFC #CarabaoCup

@j_carolan11: Was hoping to avoid Newcastle in the draw but at least we’re at home #CarabaoCup #mufc

@DanielsonWayne: This is Manchester United’s SIXTEENTH home game in cup draws. What are the statistical odds.

@footythewinner: Mansfield v Port Vale. One of them in quarter finals. Both dodged a bullet there. Id rather that than draw a big team. #CarabaoCup

@thejwp1997: Football draws are so rigged man 😂 if the bookies were open I’d of put my entire savings on Man United getting drawn against Newcastle As soon as the full time whistle went I knew that “A repeat of last years final” was too good a narrative to pass up. TV drama bollocks
