Fans speculate after Kevin De Bruyne is spotted celebrating his side’s Champions league win whilst in a Sheffield Wednesday shirt.
Kevin De Bruyne left fans confused when he partied in days after Man City beat Inter Milan 1-0 on Saturday night, a game he was forced to leave the game in the first half due to injury.
He watched on as Rodri’s goal in the second half sealed victory for City, leading to the players’ celebrations on the pitch until 1am before finally returning to the dressing rooms, then continued with the players drinking beer, singing songs, and smoking cigars.
Jack Grealish seemed to dominate the proceedings as his teammates danced around him and hugged. but eagle=eyed fans spotted De Bruyne in a Wednesday shirt from 1990s.

His actions appeared a wind-up towards ex-Sheffield United player Kyle Walker, who could be seen laughing and joking with his midfielder over his new-found love in with the Owls.
Now, another explanation is De Bruyne’s wife Michele has a close relationship with Glenn Loovens’ partner, the former Wednesday captain. The Dutchman, however, was seen in Istanbul mixing about with City fans, while wearing the shirt of his former team.
@Lendog1984 posted a picture of him with Loovens, writing: “Up the Champions League final Owls.” And other fans soon started putting tho two together, with @SteelsSp echoing the sentiments of many by saying: “Looks like De Bruyne ended up wearing that shirt.”

He was dressed in a very different outfit when he came back home with the 29-year old one of three players that chose not to fly on a charter plane to Ibiza.
He and his wife Michele is said to have opted for the Tattu Chinese Restaurant in Manchester with Ilkay Gundogun, Stefan Ortega, and other club staff.
De Bruyne is expected to be back with Sky Blues when the squad and their coaches take part in a parade of silverware around Manchester on Monday.
