The second-half saw both sides reluctant to give caution, with Baggies shot stopper Ted Cann denying Dexter Lembikisa, while Wolves’ Luke Cundle and Joe Hodge couldn’t score from their opportunities in front of goal.
Wolves thought they had won the game in extra time when Hugo Bueno fired home a sublime individual by getting past Ethan Ingram went into the box and saw his low drive effort go in.
But in the 110th minute, West Brom got a leveller, Ashworth produced a long throw, Taylor flicked the ball on. and Mo Faal acrobatically turned the ball in.
