Fans took to give their reaction to Watford’s potential club crest changes…
This is a great example of how an explanation gives more than the first impression, tbh the first time i saw the chosen badges i didn't feel anything for one, but now reading and knowing the background behind i'm convinced this is a big contender!, kudos!

great work guys. Yours looks like the best by a long way!

We went for a modernized, but anatomically correct European hornet as a way to include some of the club’s DNA in the design. The shading is done in an etching style to reference the printing industry that was so prominent in Watford #nothingdonewithoutareason

Great stuff. I'd be gutted if you guys don't win it

Fair play on the method/theory behind the design, this one has caught my attention out of the 5 nominees. ??

@Callys_Disco: It bloody awful, and a way of wiping away the history and the current badge, of which most fans – the quire majority – are quite happy with. Those are the facts. #watfordfc
@lufcroc: Bit like Brentfords
@Nyerider: The should stick with the moose head rather than the wasp.
@LeonardEctric1: this is hart-breaking.
@WhingingWallis: I was all for an up to date badge, but this is too retro for me. Wrong direction. #keepthemoose
@Jaylenksmith: Existing all day everyday
@Uninterred: I’m voting for the Hornet. Only because as a kid growing up firstly in Hertfordshire then in Suffolk I got sick of explaining that it wasn’t a bloody moose! #watfordfc
