Charlie Austin could be getting a ban from the Football Association after he made a gesture towards the travelling Manchester City fans.
The Southampton forward, who was booked earlier on in the match for a late challenge on Fernandinho, stuck two fingers up at the away end before being replaced by Shane Long in the 68th minute.

It’s been reported by The Sun that a three-person panel will review footage this morning if the referee, Paul Tierney, reports that he missed the incident.
Neither Ralph Hasenhuttl nor Pep Guardiola spoke of the incident in the post-match conferences.
Back in February, Watford’s Troy Deeney did the same thing to Chelsea supporters after scoring a penalty.
The FA said: “The response was not unanimous, therefore, no disciplinary action will follow. Nevertheless, The FA will write to the player and warn him as to his future conduct.”
However in 2013, Jack Wilshere received a two-match ban for putting his middle finger up to Manchester City fans during an Arsenal defeat at the Etihad Stadium.
Eagled eyed viewers took to Twitter to give their amusing reaction to Charlie Austin’s gesture to the travelling Man City supporters as he was subbed off the pitch – take a look at what they had to say on the next page.
