A video has emerged on social media which appears to show Manchester City staff run after a player fearing he was a pitch invader.
Benjamin Mendy ran on the pitch to celebrate after Manchester City’s 2-1 win over Liverpool. TV and radio producer Alex Young looks to have recorded for the full time whistle, but didn’t realise he would go on to have what was a clip about to go viral.

Another talking point of the game saw Vincent Kompany allegedly calling Liverpool’s Mo Salah a ‘pussy’ after his nasty challenge on him.
The incident, which came in the first half, saw the Manchester City captain receive a yellow instead of a red for a late lunge on the Egyptian forward.
Manchester City went on to end Liverpool’s unbeaten run of 20 matches in the Premier League with a 2-1 win thanks to goals from Sergio Aguero and Leroy Sane. Roberto Firminho with the equaliser in-between City’s goals.
The victory blows the title race wide open with Pep Guardiola’s men just four points off the Reds in first. Tottenham are just six points off the top.
