talkSPORT caller absolutely rinses Jamie O’Hara with a joke made in relation to Jack Harrison and the England squad announcement.

Footage of the moment has gone viral with fans in stitches at the 20 second clip at Jason Cundy and Jamie O’Hara talking with ‘Harry’.

But they pundits didn’t expect what was going to come out of the caller’s mouth, taken briefly aback when the Reading fan said. “It’s Jack Harrison, it’s like putting Jamie O’Hara on talkSPORT. Is he mental?!”

There is a second or two where it goes silent, Jason Cundy seemingly tells them to drop the call, Jamie O’Hara seemingly can’t take the joke, throwing his hand in the air in frustration.

Everyone else watching the clip, streamed on YouTube, couldn’t help but laugh and one Twitter user took it upon himself to share the hilarious moment to the world, it’s a belter if you haven’t watched it…

Much of the debate comes with Jack Harrison being the only English player to have three assists in the Premier League so far this season.

Harrison has been ‘brilliant‘ in the opening weeks of the campaign with the 25-year-old picking where he left off last term, and has now scored one and set up another three.

Meanwhile, only James Ward-Prowse has taken more set-pieces which have led to a shot than the former Manchester City man, while Harry Kane is the only English attacker to have made a greater number of passes into the penalty area so far.

Nevertheless, Harrison is now facing a quiet fortnight after the latest England squad was announced and the wide-man was nowhere to be seen.

What will make the omission even more difficult to deal with is the fact that it is going to be much less likely that he finds himself on the plane to Qatar now that he will not get a chance to make his debut before the World Cup.

The likes of Jarrod Bowen, Jack Grealish, Bukayo Saka and Phil Foden are likely to be playing for England in this winter’s tournament. Harrison is facing such a tough battle to force his way into Gareth Southgate’s side.

But none of the quartet have had the same number of goal involvements as Harrison this season. In fact, Bowen has had none so far and Grealish has hardly played for City.

Leeds fans may welcome Harrison having the extra break. But surely, it is going to be easier for the Whites to agree a new deal with the winger if he is finding his way into the England team while playing at Elland Road.

It’s not too late for Harrison to prove a point ahead of the World Cup. But Southgate has proved with his latest squad that he has his preferred players and it’ll be tough to break in to it.
