Shouts of ‘f*** Palestine’ could be heard during the minute’s silence at the League Two match Notts County v Mansfield Town on Saturday.
This comes amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine that has seen over 2,000 people die.
Prior to the EFL fixture, the Magpies announced on their club website that a moment of silence would take place as a mark of respect to those who had passed away.
However, a video was uploaded online, showing both sets of players were seen standing on the centre circle before a person in the stands shouts ‘f*** Palestine’.
Boos are then heard around the Meadow Lane, with the game televised on Sky Sports, then another person appearing to shout ‘disrespectful’.
“F*** PALESTINE” 🤬

Nigel Clough’s side went on to keep their unbeaten start to the season with an big 4-1 win at League Two leaders Notts County.
It was a rapid start as Dan Crowley put the hosts ahead, inside three minutes, but then Louis Reed got an equalise midway through the first half.
There was no stopping the Stags in the second half as Baily Cargill, Aden Flint and Lucas Akins to end County’s unbeaten home record with the visitors closing the gap to within a point of their hosts.
First team coach Andy Garner said post-match: “[I’m] absolutely delighted.
“You’ve got to realise we’ve come to [the team] top of the league and we’ve put on a very good performance and scored four goals.
“It shows everything about the character of the players and how much we want this.
“We’re unbeaten and hopefully we stay unbeaten for a bit longer.
“[The run has been] incredible. Absolutely incredible. That’s a lot of games, no matter what standard of football. To be unbeaten after 17 games is a remarkable achievement.
“I think after ten minutes we started to take control.
“I thought we played some good stuff. Honestly, we can play even better than that.
“I think it was massive for us, Reedy’s [Louis Reed] goal to draw level. The gaffer [Nigel Clough] said a few words at half-time. When we got the second goal, that killed them a little bit. It gave us that passion to go on and get some more.
“It was [an accomplished finish]. It was a good run from Reed and a lovely finish. He seemed to just place it into the corner [with] no problem whatsoever.
“When you look at the players, the goals we’ve scored and their attitude, you can’t question it. I’m absolutely delighted, [it was] a fantastic win for us.
“We wanted three points today and to keep the unbeaten run going. We’ve done that.
“Then you see nearly 4,000 [of your own] supporters here out-singing the Notts County fans. There’s no better feeling when you walk across [to the away fans] when you’ve picked up three points and you’ve won 4-1.
“Hopefully they’ll now have a great weekend.”

Notts boss Luke Williams said, as per Mansfield Chad: “I think that is clear after the game finished.
“They are a very strong side and they were too much for us to cope with today.
“If we can maintain that level we showed at the start then we will be the best team in the division.
“But this season we have been 2-0 and 3-0 up at half-time and made a pig’s ear out of the latter stages of the games.
“We need the exposure to this level and to play our best football for much longer spells. That is the challenge – to see if we can adapt properly to League Two football.
“We went into this fixture top of the table but certainly not playing top of the table football. But we can do it. We see glimpses of it.
“I was pleased we were still trying to attack and score late in the game.
“Mansfield were not playing ‘ole football’ for the last half hour. We were still in the game but we just couldn’t properly lay a glove on them in the end or cope with their attacks either. We were outgunned today.”
This is how Twitter users reacted after shouts of ‘f*** Palestine’ were heard during minute’s silence at Notts County v Mansfield…
@PageDcfc: Booing and chanting just makes both fans as bad as each other tbf, just stay quiet
@_alexmason11: Grim.
@OliverPostingLs: Love when there’s blokes going BOOOOO and FUCK OFF when there’s an interruption in the minute’s silence. Always makes the whole thing 10x worse
@F1footballfan1: Why. Can’t people just pay respect? Even if you don’t agree with it just stay quiet. Gets right on my fucking nerves
@ethanhenson0: Forever fascinated by people annoyed at others for talking during a minute’s silence who display their annoyance by… talking during a minute’s silence
@MrMoonbeam: Some inbred shouted Fuck Palestine. Whether that was a Stags fan or a Notts fan he’s a cunt. No respect for human life. Twat
@Jimbokav1971: There was a little bit last night at the England game too. Better to have a minutes applause or nothing. Silence is never going to work with such strong emotions on each side.
@OliLead99: Awful. Makes you so angry
