Queens Park Rangers have been getting a mocking after they wished a player a Happy Birthday at the weekend but found out they got in completely wrong.
The Hoops wished former Swansea City defender Angel Rangel a Happy 36th Birthday on Sunday morning but were left embarrassed after the player had no choice but to correct them with the actual date.
The tweet from the Championship side got eventually deleted but not before it was Rangel saw it and let them know his birthday was in fact next month…
One Twitter user hilariously joked…
The clocks went forward a month, did no-one tell you ?

Queens Park Rangers did write back to the player’s tweet…
Times are much better for QPR after starting the season dreadfully. The R’s lost their first four matches including a 7-1 defeat away at West Brom. However from their fifth game up until their 15th, they’ve only lost twice and gone from the bottom of the table to 7th.
The club are planning to offer defender Angel Rangel a new contract until the end of the season according to The Sun, and it seems the player wants to stay.
Manager Steve McClaren claimed he was the “signing of the season” whilst speaking after Friday night’s 1-0 win over Aston Villa.
McClaren said: “Angel Rangel must be so far the signing of the season. He’s 35 years old, came on trial and we signed him and he’s performed so well.”
After Queens Park Rangers said Happy Birthday to Angel Rangel, a month early, supporters took to mock the club for their mistake – check out those tweets on the next page.
