PLAYER RATINGS: Man City 2-0 Fulham – Double from Diaz books City into Quarter Finals

A much changed Manchester City booked their place into the Quarter Finals of the Carabao Cup after knocking Fulham out thanks to a double from Brahim Diaz.

The first goal of the game came 18 minutes into the first half when Diaz hit the loose ball before it then took a big deflection and into the back of the net.

The second didn’t come until the just over 20 minutes from the end of the second half. The 19 year old made it 2-0 by slamming home a rebound after Gabriel Jesus clipped the outside of the post from close range.
