Non league team unveils sex toy firm as new sponsor with company name on their crotch

Non league team London Colney unveils a raunchy sex toy firm as their new sponsor with the company name placed on their crotch.

The St Albans based club, who play football in the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division, has partnered up with UK sex toy brand LELO on the unusual partnership deal.

The company name will be emblazoned across the crotch of the home and away kits as LELO hopes the move will help break down the taboo of men’s sex toys. And pictures of it have since emerged, it’s a weird look to say the least…

Some members of the London Colney squad joked that the partnership meant the team won’t be the only thing on the up, one of them saying: ‘The lads are excited about the deal. Hopefully, thanks to the partnership with LELO, it won’t just be the team going up this season.’

Daily Mail report that two thirds of men claim to have never owned a sex toy, one in three said they would love it if their partner brought one into the bedroom.

Donald Williams, chairman of the football club, which was founded in 1907 and currently sits 16th of 20 in the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division, said: ‘We are thrilled to be working with LELO to help create conversation around men’s sexual wellness and sex toys as well as be part of the movement in breaking the stigma around it.

‘This sponsorship is a bold statement and will certainly raise eyebrows in the world of football – we look forward to seeing the response from our fans.’

There was plenty of reaction, some rather amusing, as the non league team unveils a sex toy firm as their new sponsor with the company name on their crotch…

Kernowforever: That will give their rivals something to aim at….

Blundercrunch: Love it! Non-league football is so brilliantly weird.

MG Worcester: Their opponents should be facing some stiff opposition.

Mark John Two: Cue Memo from the FA….

GRP805: Wonder if this was approved by the FA?

dog butler: Watch the FA ban it

Wallys: Waiting for the FA to ban the firm sponsoring the football club, in case anyone is offended

Jock Poo-pong McPlop: True story. I was cycling through London Colney and had to take avoiding action to swerve big purple rubber fist in the road.

ForeverAYellow: Really can’t work out if this is real or not, really nothing seen anything like this before and it all just feels a bit off, they having us on?
