A former Tottenham player has been sacked by a non league club after he brought a machete to training.
Laste Dombaxe, who came through the Spurs academy, took it in during Southern League Premier Division South side Hendon’s first team training.
The Sun report that he was trying to scare some of the young footballers at the club but confronted by well known striker Marvin Morgan.
They added that Dombaxe sat on Morgan’s before putting the knife into his jacket and tyres.
Both the players had a argument and were then fined two weeks’ wages before released by the club.
Hendon have said: “As has been reported on social and national media, an incident occurred at first team training last week. As a result of this incident, the Board and Jimmy Gray have decided that neither Marvin Morgan nor Laste Dombaxe will appear for the club again.
“The club regards this issue as closed and will not be issuing any further statements. We now look forward to our match against Staines Town which we hope will be the first of many ties in this year’s FA Trophy campaign.”
