After a Twitter post was uploaded by the Non League Paper recently, football fans have replied their suggestions for what one thing they would change about the non league game.
Over 237 social media users commented on the status, some with genuine suggestions with others felt the need to say something amusing.
The most mentioned was to implement 3 up and 3 down between League Two and the National League, currently there are only two spots to get into the English Football League, making it rather tough to break out of the division.
Should be more than one automatic promotion spot from National League.

Another point was to bring in a better standard of officials, something much talked about amongst managers of Premier League and EFL clubs this season.
standard of officials ?

The standard of the officials. They regularly spoil a perfectly good game, because they are being fast tracked before they are ready.

Financial Fair Play was also another topic put forward by supporters within the non league community…
Introduce financial fair play rules to protect clubs/ fans from ego-fuelled owners pumping unsustainable money into a “football league in x years” vanity project.

A huge amount of club owners have been the news for all the wrong reasons over a number of seasons, some clubs gradually dying, other on the verge of getting kicked out of leagues and going against fans’ wishes leading to protests, that’s why they got a mention too…
If it has been decided that a certain person is not 'fit and proper ' then they should not be allowed to have any role within a club even as a volunteer or representative of an owner.

Ban egoists from being owners and directors
