FANS REACT: West Brom part company with Alan Pardew

West Bromwich Albion part company with manager Alan Pardew after a run of eight successive league defeats.

The club also revealed that assistant head coach John Carver will also be leaving.

Coach Darren Moore will take charge of first-team affairs “until further notice”.

The 56-year-old was appointed on 29 November after the Baggies sacked Tony Pulis following a run of 10 Premier League games without a victory.

A 2-1 defeat at home to Burnley on Saturday left Albion 10 points from safety with six games left.

Club statement:

The Club would like to thank Alan and John for their efforts and wish them well in their future endeavours.

First-team coach Darren Moore has been placed in charge of first team affairs until further notice.

The Club will not be making any further comment at this time.
