Fans took to mock Dartford over their playoff heartbreak while Boston United earn themselves huge praise with a big victory.
The Darts drew 0-0 with Chippenham after 90 minutes and extra time, so it was down to a penalty shootout to settle the tie.
Chippenham should have opened the scoring after just two minutes but Joe Hanks could only hit his effort straight at player-of-the-year Dan Wilks from Jordan Youngβs right-wing corner.
Chippenham had another opportunity to score not too long after, again Hanks was on hand to prevent Alefe Santosβs shot from going in.
The first half ended with Dartford struggling, Chippenham giving all they got and showing no sign of trying to get that first goal of the game.
Dartford showed more spirit in the second half when it came to possession and had some chances at goal, still however the scoreline remained 0-0.
Dartford were poor attacking wise for much of the game, the defence doing all the work to try and keep Chippenham at bay.
The travelling side hit the bar with eight minutes remaining after Santos was allowed to shoot from 30 yards out, Spencer Hamilton put the rebound wide from the edge of the box.
Dartford’s best moment of the game came in injury time when substitute Danny Leonard lifted his left-foot shot just wide of the upright.
Kalvin Kalala missed an opportunity to put the Darts ahead three minutes into extra time, producing a shot from 25-yards out, only for it to go just wide of the far post.
A few more chances was wasted and penalty shootout it was.

Meanwhile, Boston United have booked their place in the National League North playoff semi finals after a 2-1 victory at Kidderminster Harriers.
Boston’s Danny Elliott broke the deadlock on 45 minutes, Simpson made a brilliant save to deny Abbott – and Elliott eventually turned home Ferguson’s return ball from the left-hand side.
Ashley Hemmings got one back for Kidderminster in the 65th minute, turning superbly to latch on to a ball and lifted a finish beautifully over Dewhurst.
10 minutes later, Boston broke quickly and there was a dangerous ball into the area. Penny stretched with everything to block it but couldn’t help diverting it beyond Simpson. Going on to be the winning goal for Boston, knocking Kidderminster.

@rharrisoneal72: Took off Marcus Dinanga – main penalty taker – 3 minutes from the end of extra time. Did King want to win? Do the players care?
