Disturbing X-rated allegations emerge from Ryan Giggs trial in court, on charges of attacking and coercively controlling his ex-girlfriend.
The former Man Utd footballer is said to have had “full-on relationships” with eight women during his time together with ex-girlfriend Kate Greville, a court has heard.
Ms Greville, 36, said she made the discovery on his iPad shortly before she decided to leave him, before being interviewed by detectives weeks after she claimed Mr Giggs, 48, headbutted her at his home in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
Mr Giggs constantly denied he was cheating on her, she said, but she “needed to know the truth” as she checked on his device.
She said: “The reality of what I had found on that iPad was way worse than I could imagine.
“Eight women he was having affairs with while he was with me. Full-on relationships.”
Giggs is on trial at Manchester Crown Court accused of assaulting Ms Greville and subjecting her to controlling and coercive behaviour from August 2017 to November 2020.
He denies the allegations.

COURT DAY 1
– Opening the case for the Crown Prosecution Service, Peter Wright QC told the court: “On the pitch his skills were abundant and a thing of beauty. Off the pitch and in the privacy of his personal life and home and behind closed doors, there was a much uglier and more sinister side to his character.” He said that this private life “involved a litany of abuse, both physical and psychological abuse of a woman that he professed to love”.
– Mr Wright QC continued: “This was not a state of affairs that was arrived at overnight or by chance. It was a deliberate cause of conduct by him, calculated to gaslight her into doubting herself…to wear her down.”
– Court heard how Kate Greville QC found out that Giggs was cheating on her. She left for Dubai, led to the former footballer going after her and they got back together, jury was told.
– Greville had decided she was going to leave Giggs, and planned to move out of their home, the court heard. This was executed with the help of her younger sister Emma who was house-sitting her sister and Giggs’ home while they were out with friends at The Stock Exchange hotel in Manchester.
– Mr Wright told the jury the plan failed due to Giggs arriving home as she was attempting to leave their house. An altercation ensued, during which Mr Giggs “deliberately headbutted” Ms Greville and elbowed her sister in the jaw, the CPS allege.
– The court heard messages sent from Ryan Giggs to his former girlfriend, including one which read: “Please unblock me, all this blocking malarkey is poo. Promise, no more naked piccies.”
– The jury were told that the pair were “almost umbilically” attached to their phones, and that they would regularly block each other on social media during their spats.
– Mr Wright QC said: “This was a turbulent relationship lived out in the public eye. There is a case of considerable press interested… but this is not trial by press or public opinion. His popularity is not a passport to an acquittal.”
– The defence, through Chris Daw QC, said: “Mr Giggs fully accepts on a moral level at times he was far from perfect. He also fully agrees that he did not always handle their arguments in the best possible way. Some of his messages showed a combination of immaturity and completely inappropriate language.”
– He added: “The pair of them behaved like squabbling children, each of them played on the insecurities of each other. Much of the evidence you will hear is – especially the emotional outbursts – is exactly the thing that goes on behind closed doors in relationships. Words said in anger may be instantly regretted.”
– There are certain lines Mr Giggs would “never cross”, his defence barrister told the court. “Physical assaults and violence, the defence says, are simply false,” Mr Daw QC said. “He never once used unlawful violence against Ms Greville, the allegations are simply not true.”
– Addressing the incident on the 1st of Nov, 2020, when the CPS allege Mr Giggs headbutted Kate Greville and elbowed her sister Emma, Mr Daw QC said it was a “nasty” and “ridiculous” lie, adding: “Those accusations are based on distortion, exaggeration and lies. He assaulted nobody that night.”
– Sir Alex Ferguson and Gary Neville as well as a number of Mr Giggs’ family will at some point speak at the trial, which is expected to last two weeks, though jurors have been told it could go into a third week.
DAY TWO IN COURT
How Kate Greville met Ryan Giggs
The court was shown a video of Kate Greville’s police interview on the 18th of November 2020.
Officer: “You’ve come in about an incident that happened a couple of weeks ago now involving your partner and the officer I believe phonecall and an email want to speak to us about it.”
Kate Greville: “Shall I start from the beginning?
“I met Ryan in think in 2013 I was working for PR agency called Tangerine and Ryan and and his one of his business GG Hospitality employed my company to launch his restaurants in London and Manchester – we got taken on.
“I was doing quite a lot of work with Ryan, PR And media stuff, I think over a course of a year or two years I started to notice that there was a definite interest.
“I was married at the time, not happily married.
“He started to show me attention by, quite subtle things to begin with, I’m quite into psychology and stuff so he would always use my name, he would say ‘Kate, Kate, Kate’ it felt like it was a technique and I was like ‘I know what you’re doing here’.
“He was doing a media interview and he was just staring at me, he was just looking at me constantly through this. I was unnerved by it a little bit, but it was also quite flattering at the time.
“It was literally it was a look that I’ve never had, it put me off guard.
“Over time he would just email me pictures, pictures of where he was, and then emails not about work.”
The signed shirt request that started the affair
Both Ryan Giggs and Kate Greville were married to other people when they started their affair.
It happened when Ms Greville’s mother asked her to get a signed shirt from Mr Giggs.
Ms Greville, in her police interview, said: “Then my mum asked me to get a signed shirt from him. [My marriage] He was really controlling, give me a budget for money, give me an allowance, I was really not happy in that relationship and we [Ms Greville and Mr Giggs] started talking about the relationship.
“I’d had an argument with David and I just wanted a something because I was feeling s—.
“We stared having an affair.
“I knew when I went to the hotel to get that shirt signed I knew something would happen.
“I stayed for a drink.
“He was the one who saved me from that marriage and he was my best friend, he would talk to me for hours, he would support me, it was more than just sexual.
“He was the love of my life, it was like he was my best friends.
“But there were definite red flags, because he was still married and he would say I want to be with you just give me time.”
Ms Greville moved to Dubai to get away from Mr Giggs
“I would try to stop it [the affair], we can’t do this, this needs to end, you need to finish your relationship with Stacey and then we can be together.
“I stopped speaking to him, a couple of days or a week and he would message me again saying ‘I can’t get you out of my head’.
“Then he would turn up ringing my buzzer on my apartment, then I’d get a load of abuse – ‘I bet you’re f—ing someone else in there, you’re a w—e’.
“‘If you don’t reply I’m going to tell your boss what’s going on and it won’t look good for you at work’.
“My career was very important to me.
“I felt like he was my soulmate, like those love stories in the movies.
“He’d send me essays saying me and Stacey have split up and I’m living with my mum.
“I made the decision to leave to Abu Dhabi and people would talk about it at work and my boss sat me down and asked me outright if anything was going on.
“It was affecting my work, it wasn’t good for me.”
The world finds out about the affair
Ms Greville told a police officer: “I decided I was going to leave, work in a different country, to get away from him.
“In my head he wasn’t going to chase after me because I wasn’t there.
“It did. It carried on.
“This isn’t right, this is not what anyone wants.
“It didn’t sit well, it wasn’t exciting to me that he was still was with someone else.
“He kept pursuing and kept messaging me, he messaged me saying they’d split up.
“I found out they were.
“It was complete mind games.
“Then the media got hold of the fact we were together or something had gone on.
“Then it all came out in May 2016 and it was horrendous.
“I got hounded by the paps, I got emails from the media that my life was ruined in Dubai.
“His ex-wife and daughter were messaging me telling me to tell the truth.
“He did actually support me throughout that whole thing.”
Mr Giggs flew out to Dubai to rekindle affair
Ms Greville decided to call time on their relationship.
She said: “I blocked him on everything, off my emails, Instagram, off my phone – everything.
“But it was almost like I was addicted to it, I just just couldn’t get him out of my head.
“I think two months went by and he started messaging my friends. I checked my emails and there were 30 emails from him.
“I think he came out to Dubai, I can’t remember, saying, ‘we’re going to be together. I want to start a family’.
“He went back home and I found out that he was dating another girl.
“He came back to Dubai again, no that’s nothing, she’s got a boyfriend and I thought that was the end of that and I gave him another chance.
“I stayed in Dubai for another year.
“[Ryan Giggs messaged] ‘I want you to come back to Manchester, we’ll have a baby’, he’d come out to Dubai a lot and I’d go back to Manchester to see him.
“There was like two different people.
“The person he was telling me he was, and the stuff I was hearing about.
“Was he a good person or a bad person.
“I started getting the most horrendous anxiety, to the point where I’d sit down and feel like I’d just run a marathon and my heart was going.
“He was just really good at convincing me that he was fine.”
Mr Giggs ‘threw Ms Greville out of bed naked’
Ms Greville said: “We were in a club in Dubai and I could see on his phone he was messaging a girl.
“I said ‘are you messaging a girl?’, he was like… he flipped.
“‘How dare you f—ing accuse me of that, it’s my daughter I’m messaging. How dare you, we’re done’.
“We got back to the hotel room, and I said something and again he flipped.
“I had no clothes on, he grabbed me by my wrist, so hard, dragged me into the lounge bit, grabbed my on the floor, all my suitcase and threw it all into the corridor and then shut the door.
“I was just there naked, all my stuff in the corridor.
“I got all my stuff back in and got back into bed – I had to get my stuff with a towel wrapped around me.”
The night Mr Giggs left Ms Greville at a restaurant
Ms Greville said: “We went out in a restaurant and he was on his phone.
“It was a nice smart restaurant, he’d been on his phone for 20 minutes, I was like ‘people are looking just talk it’s embarrassing’.
“[Mr Giggs said:] ‘I’m talking to my daughter’.
“He flipped, got up, and walked out of the restaurant and left me by myself.
“He did that, I was obviously really upset.
“I was crying my eyes out, he’s now blocked me on his phone, I don’t want to go back to the hotel room.
“He got up in the morning, giving me the silent treatment.
“And so he wasn’t speaking to me, refused to speak to me, and then I went to the sun lounger and that’s when I got the email.”
The email was allegedly a naked picture of Ryan Giggs that he had sent to Ms Greville two weeks previously.
That same picture was emailed to her from a man claiming that the image had been sent to his wife.
“My body was just in shock,” she said.
Ryan Giggs employs his then girlfriend
In a bid to get Kate Greville back, Mr Giggs asked her to come back to Manchester and work for him.
Ms Greville told police: “He said: ‘Come and work for me, come and work for Gary [Neville] and the company’.
“But he was always making me out to me be a bad person. It was pretty horrific.
“She [Stacey] would make up lies and tell it to him, and she would say ‘I don’t want her anywhere near my kids’.
“Around Christmas time in 2018 it started to get really bad with Stacey.
“He was in another relationship at that time, two other relationships.
“We went to Russia because I was doing the World Cup and I got a feeling there was something with something else.
“I came back and he was still there.”
Ms Greville told a police officer she received an email which read ‘Just so you know, Ryan has been in a relationship with another girl’.
“Then he has a go at me for showing it, saying I’m not strong enough for the relationship then I need to get out.
“He said: ‘Don’t be so pathetic, you’re just being really weak’.”
The ‘blackmail’ video
At the end of 2018, Ms Greville said she found out she was the “ex-girlfriend” and not the “current girlfriend” when a third party told her.
She told police: “So I split up with him, and this is where it really started.
“This is when it started to ramp up.
“I finished with him, when I’d realised what he was doing with this one girl.
“I didn’t have any proof, but I just think as a woman, you know.
“We were still having sex the whole time.
“If I didn’t reply to him, he’d message threatening my job, saying I couldn’t work for him any more.”
She described an email she received from Ryan Giggs with the subject title “blackmail”. It had a video attachment.
“It was one of our videos that we’d done.
“[Mr Giggs said]: ‘If you don’t respond to me or block me, I’m going to send this to the group’.
“I didn’t want to look at it [the video], so I don’t know what it was.
“It could’ve been something funny or could be a sexual one.”
Ryan Giggs ‘wanted sex all the time’
Ms Greville said: “He wanted to have sex all the time.
“It wasn’t pressuring me, but he was pressuring me.
“I didn’t want it, but i did want it.
“He was using sex to get to me.
“He would send really sexual messages, he would randomly send sexual messages or pictures.
“He’d come to my house in the morning, we’d have sex, it felt like he was just using me for sex.
“He wouldn’t leave me alone, there was never a time when he didn’t want to have sex.
“He’d come round to mine to have sex, then flew to Barcelona with a different girl.”
Mr Giggs ‘followed ex home from the gym’
After finding out about the girl he flew to Barcelona with, Ms Greville said that she had again decided to call time on their relationship.
She told police: “That’s it, I’m done.”
But they then again got back together.
The 36-year-old continued: “I didn’t really want to get back with him, oh maybe I did.
“Then he turns up at the gym.
“He followed me home, then he turns up to at my door.
“It was the first time I’d let him in since I found out about this other girl.
“We started talking about stuff, but then he flipped.
“I said, ‘you need to get out, if you don’t get out of here I’m going to call the police’.
“We were shouting at each other.
“He just got more aggressive, grabbed my lamp and smashed it all over the floor and then left.”
All the while, Ms Greville said Mr Giggs was asking her to get back together with him.
The couple get back together again
Ms Greville said: “He was still asking for me back.
“Then I said ‘ok, let’s try to make this work’, and then he replied saying ‘I don’t think it’s going to work’.
“I don’t understand, you just begged and begged and begged’.
“Anyway, we got back together in May 2019.
“And it was actually ok.
“He was a lot better than it had been.
“[Before] it was like treading on eggshells the whole time and he would shoot me down if I brought up anything on any other girls.”
At the end of 2019, there was one significant event, Ms Greville said.
She said in her police interview: “Around Christmas last year we went to London and he would massively flirt with other people.
“I don’t know whether he would do it to make me jealous, but whenever we were on nights out he’d make a big fuss of everyone else, put his arm around them and have a big laugh and completely ignore me as if I wasn’t there or wasn’t his girlfriend.
“And he’d also flirt with my friends.
“And he’d even say to me, ‘does it bother that I flirt with your friends’.”
Mr Giggs ‘threw laptop bag at ex’s head’
Ms Greville continued: “In December 2019, we were in London and there was this girl, he was ridiculous.
“He was staring at her, I could see it.
“Were were in the club and he came over to me asking me if I was alright, I said ‘I was I’ll be alright if you stopped flirting’.
“He flipped.
“‘[Mr Giggs said:] ‘How dare you accuse me of this, we’re over, we’re done’.
“I ended up saying sorry that also I know that it’s going to get worse, because he uses it to say it was wrong.
“This one night he then you’re flirting with him, he left the club and we were with his work friends and his agent.
“I got back to the hotel and tapped to let me in.
“Took all my clothes off, got into bed.
“He kicked me in the back so hard that I flew off the bed and landed on the floor.
“I was like, ‘what’s just happened’.
“He grabbed me again, into the suite bit of the room, got my bag with my laptop in and threw it at my head.
“He left me naked in the lounge bit.
“Ten minutes later, he grabbed me takes me back to bed and wants to have sex.
“I remember waking up in the morning, I woke up and you don’t instantly remember what happened.
“I remember asking him, ‘did you throw my bag at my head?’ and he was like ‘yeah, because you accused me of flirting, you made me do it, you make me so angry that you made me do that. It’s bad for me how angry you make me, you need to be careful of that’.
“He does something and then I’m the one who is made to feel really shit.”
Mr Giggs would call Ms Greville ‘up to 50 times an hour’
Giggs broke up with Greville at his company’s work Christmas party.
She recalled: “I left and he followed me down the road.
“Let me just spend one more night with you, let’s say goodbye properly.
“I said absolutely not, so then he just told me to f— off then.”
In the new year, Giggs texted Greville 10 to 15 times a day.
This ramped up to Giggs at one stage calling Greville up to 50 times an hour, but she would not answer, the court heard.
He would try to call her on his daughter’s phone or on his son’s number.
Ms Greville recalled one message which read: ‘I’ve made a massive mistake, I’m so sorry, we’re going to get a dog, you’re going to move in on this date, you’ve got these houses to look at’.
“He’d send me essays of the plan.”
‘If I loaded the dishwasher wrong he would take the plates out and redo it’
By January 2020, they were together again.
She said: “We were all meant to go skiing as a company, and that’s when he would be like ‘no, you are coming, there’s going to be no future for us if you don’t come’.
“He’d painted this picture of this dream life that I thought he’d take that away from me
“I ended up moving in with him
“During lockdown it was on another level – lots of put downs, lots of putting me down in front of people, take things out on me all the time, secretive with his phone.
“My dad got told he had cancer, and he didn’t even look up from his phone.
“He’d constantly tell me I was moody, and he’d tell me to leave. He’d always want sex at night, but then he’d give me a tiny bit of affection and I’d cling onto that.
“Then he’d buy me flowers. This went on for probably three months during lockdown
“It was always like I was numb to all that.
“I knew what he was doing, he was gaslighting me where he would basically… subtle things – one day I came down because I got dressed up for a Zoom interview and rather than say ‘you look nice’ he would say ‘what the f—, why have you got all dressed up for?’
“The way I loaded the dishwasher was wrong, so he’d take them out and redo it.
“The way I made the bed was wrong.
“It was like I was his housemaid. If his tea wasn’t ready on time, or if it wasn’t like the way he liked it.”
Giggs returns home drunk ‘not able to talk or walk’ and is ‘sick in sink’
The couple got back together, and went to Ibiza.
At this stage, Greville said she had already moved back in with Giggs.
She continued: “We’d gone to see the dog, the puppy was coming in two weeks.
“He went out on a night out and he was playing golf all day, then went on a night out.
“I was working at our house.
“And I could just feel something was wrong, I’d only got like two messages from him all day.
“I ended up not saying anything because I didn’t want to be the nagging girlfriend.
“He came home at 10pm, and I’ve never seen anyone so drunk. He couldn’t walk, couldn’t talk.
“He was sick in the sink… and then he passed out on bed.”
Ms Greville told a police officer that she then did something she’d never done begore – check her then boyfriend’s phone.
She said: “He was talking to another girl, he’d been with another girl talking about sex, he’d been with her.
“I was like ‘you’re begging me to come back, I’ve moved in, we’re about to get a dog and you’re still doing this’.
“I was just not in a good state mentally, I thought this has to be it.
“I saw him messaging this girl talking about sex on that night.”
Mr Giggs ‘threw phone at Ms Greville’s head’
After this incident, they split up again.
Ms Greville said: “He went and got the puppy, he was stood outside the door with his puppy.
“[Mr Giggs said]: ‘Let’s get engaged now, let’s go to Boodles to get the ring’.
“Messaging my friends, he came to my flat, he threw his phone at my head and it smashed on the floor.
“He threatened to get the laptop and throw them out the windows, but I stopped them.
“So, again, I gave into him and I went back again.
“That was after about two weeks.
“I got flowers every day for a week, my friends got flowers.
“I went back because I had no energy. It was almost like he pressured me into going back, it was easier to just go back because of how draining it was to keep going back.”
Mr Giggs ‘had eight affairs during relationship with Ms Greville’
Ms Greville told the police officer during her interview: “The reality of what I found on that iPad. There were eight women that he was having affairs with during the time he was with me. Full-on relationships.
“Constantly since 2014, right from the very beginning.
“It was all there on his iPad in black and white.
“I knew if I even brought it up he would deny it.
“I knew he was going away to manage Wales, about four weeks after I found out, so I just put a plan in place to leave.
“I sorted out a new flat, I wrote him a letter which I never got the chance to send.
“I knew if I confronted him about anything, it would just kick off.
“I just made a plan to leave, and I kept it in for three weeks, which sent me under.
“I just needed to take a bit of control.”
Ms Greville got checked for STD after ‘discovery of affairs’
After she found the iPad, which she claims showed Giggs had been having multiple affairs, Greville said she went to the doctors to find out if she had an STD.
It came back clear, the court heard.
She told a police officer: “I just wanted to just get away when he was with Wales.
“I made sure I’d blocked him on all my emails, made sure my friends had blocked him.
“He could tell something was up and he would ask me ‘what’s wrong’. I told him I’d had a bad smear test… to get him off my back.
When looking through Mr Giggs’ iPad, she said she found messages to his friends calling her a ‘slag’ and a ‘silly cow’ and another message saying ‘I just need the bars to open now so I can pull’, the court heard.
Kate Greville in the witness stand
Ms Greville is being questioned by the Crown’s Peter Wright QC about an incident in Dubai in February 2020.
She took pictures of a bruised wrist and knee which the jury have been shown.
Peter Wright QC (PW): What caused the incident?
Kate Greville (KG)We’d both been enjoying ourselves, had a good time together. Been out for something to eat and had a few drinks. Walking back to the hotel room, it was absolutely fine I and he said ‘you’re a liability when you’re drunk’.
PW: Were you drunk?
KG: I’d had a few drinks, but I wasn’t drunk-drunk. I said: ‘I’m not drunk I’ve had a few drinks. Why are you saying that? I’m not a liability’. He said: ‘You’re a liability, I don’t like you when you’re drunk, you change’.
PW: What about him? Was he drunk?
KG: Probably the same, we’d had the same amount to drink.
PW: How did it then end in terms of remarks on the way back to the hotel?
KG: We got back into the hotel room.
PW: What was the atmosphere like?
KG: Not nice, because I constantly felt attacked by him, he’s having a go at me again and it’s come from nowhere.
PW: How did you seek to react? What was your form of dealing with that?
KG: I tend to go really quiet and not react to anything and not say anything and that starts to wind him up. ‘You’re just like my ex-wife’, he said and called me her name. Called me Stacey.
PW: Was that the first time he’d done that?
KG: No, he used to do it all the time, it was like his ultimate insult. He knew that it would really upset me.
PW: Did he explain to you why?
KG: Yeah. He would say that she used to make his life hell that she had a problem with alcohol and I was just like her.
PW: Was there an incident in hotel room?
KG: I was saying I can’t believe you’re being like this, you’re just trying. This event was after a series of other things. So I was just in disbelief because I thought we would get somewhere.
Judge: Perhaps if you just listen carefully to the questions.
PW: What happened next?
KG: He asked me to leave the room. He said you need to get your own way to the airport, we were flying back to Manchester the next day. You need to get out, you need to get your own car. So I said fine I’ll leave and started to pack my things together. Had my bag on my arm, the handle over my arm. I was getting ready to leave and he stood in my way and he was trying to stop me leaving. I was pushing him, or trying to tell him to move because I wanted to go. He grabbed my bag and he pulled my bag, really hard, to stop me going through the door and I fell forward and banged my knee on the floor.
Messages revealed
The jury heard through messages exchanged between Kate Greville (KG) and Ryan Giggs (RG) on WhatsApp. An extract from the 10th and 11th of March 2018:
KG: In Sant Carlo, I want you with me RG: How was Scandos [Scandinavian business partners]? KG: They’re drunk and hard work. RG: Weirdos. Is it hot there?
Giggs questions if Greville was going to take the Scandinavians to a nightclub called Mahikis. When Ms Greville didn’t respond, Mr Giggs messaged: “Oi. Rude.”
Giggs then blocked Greville on WhatsApp.
The following day at 11.03am, Giggs said: “Sorry.”
KG: “Why did you block me?”
RG: I messaged you and seen you online and you didn’t reply.
KG: How is that a reason to block me? What’s going on Ryan?
RG: What? Jesus I’ve just told you why, and it’s not good enough.
Ms Greville then told him in a longer message, “I don’t understand you…that’s crazy”.
Ms Greville then told him in a longer message, “I don’t understand you…that’s crazy”.
‘You are finished. End of’
The jury read a second conversation from spring 2019.
Ms Greville accused Mr Giggs of being in a relationship with a woman called Zara and Mr Giggs accused Ms Greville of being in a relationship with a colleague called Rob.
Ms Greville blocked Mr Giggs on WhatsApp.
She told court that the defendant would threaten to share something with their work WhatsApp group.
Asked what that could be, Ms Greville said: “He wasn’t very rational. Possibly something of a really private nature, of a really personal nature, that would really embarrass me.”
Among the emails sent to Ms Greville from Mr Giggs were:
- “ARE YOU F—ING DATING ROB IF YOU ARE, YOU ARE FINISHED. END OF.”
- “Call me or I will ask on the group if you are dating. Now.”
- “Now. Hurry the f— up. I’m serious.”
- “I’m sorry to keep hassling you, doesn’t my erratic behaviour tell you how much I love you. I won’t hassle you again. Have a good night and sorry about before. X”
‘Blackmail’ email made Ms Greville feel ‘violated’.
The jury were told about the email sent from Mr Giggs to Ms Greville, which was titled “blackmail”.
A short time earlier, Mr Greville said: “He had sent me a naked picture of himself, just randomly sent me a picture of him.”
Eight minutes later, she said he sent him an email saying “please”.
And then followed the blackmail email with a video attachment.
The body of the message said: “I will send this to the group if you don’t.” Peter Wright QC asked her: “How did you feel?”
Ms Greville said: “I just didn’t know what…just because he’d sent me a naked picture of himself. I thought it was a video of a sexual nature that he was then going to send to the group.”
PW: “How did that make you feel?”
KG: “Like violated. Like, I felt I had no control over what he would do and his actions. Like, just helpless, I guess. Just like I had to do what he wanted all the time because if I didn’t he would threaten me with things, and it was going to cause an issue with my job and my career.
“I didn’t open it. I was mortified that he would put a video on my work email. I deleted it and unblocked him.”
