Checkatrade Trophy Semi Final Draw – Portsmouth, Sunderland, Bristol Rovers, Bury find out fate

The draw for the Semi Finals of the Checkatrade Trophy was made this lunchtime on the Jim White show on talkSPORT.

The draw was overseen by pundit and comedian Bob Mills along with former Arsenal player Perry Groves. Two ties, which wasn’t regionalised, were drawn out.

TEAMS LEFT IN THE COMPETITION:

BRISTOL ROVERS, who beat Port Vale 3-0.

BURY, who beat Oxford United 5-2.

PORTSMOUTH, who beat Peterborough United 1-0.

SUNDERLAND, who beat Manchester City under-21s 2-0.

The semi final ties will take place the week commencing the 25th of February, the final will be on Sunday the 31st of March.
