Championship club give away free home shirts to travelling fans

Queens Park Rangers fans who backed the boys at Hull City on Saturday have been thanked by their club by receiving a free home shirt.

A team of staff, including QPR Club Ambassador, Andy Sinton, was located in a designated area situated in the away end at the KCOM Stadium from 1:30pm until kick-off, where they were able to pick up their shirt ahead of the match.

A long queue formed for the shirts as you can see in the video below…

It is unsure how many shirts were given away but the away attendance was confirmed at 691.

Looks like majority of them put them on for the game too!

Suppose that’s one way of getting rid of stock ready to replace it for new football kit in the summer. Great gesture nonetheless.
